Special thanks to the gentleman at the reception (morning shift, first on the right) — a very kind, patient, and respectful person. He spent almost one hour helping me to book my museum ticket, which I truly appreciated. I felt very comfortable during my stay. If I come to Paris again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The staff are very welcoming. There is someone at the front desk 24/7, which is very convenient. The lobby offers complimentary sweets, drinks, and water bottles. Your key card opens the main entrance, and the neighborhood feels quite safe. The hotel is also conveniently close to the metro.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days, and I'm pretty sure we didn't get fresh sheets during that time. Although housekeeping organized the room and provided fresh towels daily, we noticed the same stains remained on our sheets. Additionally, the room felt dusty throughout our stay

We were very fortunate to find this hotel in the heart of Paris at very reasonable price. The location is in walking distance to almost anywhere. The facility is very clean, the room is comfortable, the hotel provides free mini bar in the room which is very warm. It also had many free snacks in the lobby. People are super nice and friendly. It was almost impossible to find such a good place in Pricy Paris. Highly recommended!

Irresponsible

Nobody warned me that they were testing fire alarm. I was woken up in panic, doors locked and I couldn't reach staff. We later agreed on partial compensation which has not been transferred to my bank account. Never recommending this place

Wow wow wow

The location was very convenient and close to several metro stations. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. The minibar in the room was complimentary, and every day there was an additional station downstairs offering free snacks and drinks. Guests also received fresh fruit from the hotel. The luggage-storage service was exceptionally well-organized, and regardless of the hour, the staff at the reception were always smiling and ready to assist.

The noise from the neighboring rooms was very disturbing. It felt as if there was no sound insulation at all, and we had trouble sleeping through the night because we could clearly hear door slamming and showers from other rooms. It became quite frustrating.

Good, though not great location, nice area. Superclean hotel and room, nice bathroom. AC that functioned and was easy to use (not at all the case in many hotels). Great quality beds and sheets. Good breakfast en very nice staff. Free non-alcoholic drinks in the in-room fridge are a very nice guesture. We will certainly return here. Great value for money

Wonderful stay

We were looking for 4 nights in Paris last minute in July, not having much expectations. The hotel was a great deal- perfect location, not too loud, clean, nice and friendly

The room given to me was overlooking the inner atrium over the restaurant and so had no view. It was my second time in the hotel and expected to ve offered a better room.

Good place to stay in Paris for a reasonable price

Room was clean and comfortable Family room was actually two connecting rooms and those were quite tiny, but still had separate bathrooms which was a big plus. Minibar went free of charge and was refilled daily

A nice oasis for the physically healthy traveler.

Breakfast was very good with excellent diversity. The eating area was cheerful and bright. All the staff interactions were amazingly good. The hotel was generous in offering a number of snacks and drinks for free after breakfast hours were done: nuts, cookies breads, fruit, candy as well as different forms of beverage. The hotel also restocked the room fridges with water, juice and soda at no expense.

My room was too small, as was the bathroom. Both were done up nicely but not enough to overlook the smallness. I chose the hotel with an idea of being close to the train station. But it wasn't as close as I thought from the booking map. No fault of the hotel but my physical struggles made that extra distance more of a hardship than I had counted on. While it may be the common feature in old Paris establishments, I hate having to go down a long narrow flight of steps to the basement to use the public restroom. Same thing in every restaurant I ate in. Another accessibility issue was the small elevator. Again, I understand that old buildings have problems updating things completely. But that does not mean I have to like it.

this is a 3 star hotel with FIVE STAR service & highly recommendable.

the room is small but modern & clean. breakfast team were superb - special mention to TJ & Merly who made our stay there really great. They are very welcoming & accommodating to all guests & breakfast selection is also good. There is also FREE Mini Bar & daily refilled 👍. snack bar near the lift also were free - coffee, drinks, bread.

Great location, friendly reception staff but the best feature of the Astotel franchise is being able to visit the various hotels around Paris and make use of restrooms, coffee and cake in each hotel. Each hotel made you very welcome so well done to not only the Astoria but to the other Astotel hotels too.

Excellent value family break.

The family room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was great and the free mini bar and afternoon snacks were a highlight for the kids. Tej also kept them amused at breakfast. Central location and easy to walk to our destinations.
