The location and size of the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The property is listed at '2 bed house' and as an 'entire property' - this is not true - the apartment is part of a larger property that has been modified (stair case blocked by a door which leads to the rest of the property upstairs) and rooms and balcony above ours. There was no kitchen as such, only a hob with 2 rings and microwave.
Cleanliness was well below average - crumbs on worktops; hairs on floors; coffee grinds on cupboard doors.
