Dutchie's Sand & Sea Beach House - easy walk to the beach

Great, quiet location with water views. Beautiful house with all the amenities you need like in your own home. Its clean, cosy ambiance, comfy and carefully thought of the little details with the decor and everyday needs. Highly recommended for future renters.

Just a comment but not a big deal, the kitchen cupboards for plates, drinking glass & cutleries is a little bit dusty.

The place is really clean and has all the facilities available.

I didn’t like how it showed on the website pictures that it opens door right at the beach. Where actually It is across the road from the beach.

• Garage remote was difficult to use • Advertised welcome wine was not provided • Insufficient body wash supplied for a group of eight • Some items needed attention: stained coffee cups, leaking coffee machine, and BBQ not clean on arrival • Sofa bed was not set up upon arrival • Small blankets/throws in the living area were dusty • Host communication was very frequent and felt a bit overwhelming • $1,000 security deposit felt high relative to the nightly rate • Suggestion: installing locks on toilet doors would improve privacy for larger groups
