Set just 2.5 hours north of Sydney and only 30 minutes from Newcastle Airport, Pacific Waters is a spacious three-level beach house perched at the top of Nelson Bay, with sweeping views across Port Stephens and out to the Pacific Ocean.
Designed for easy coastal living, the home features generous living and entertaining spaces, all styled for comfort and making the most of those stunning water views.
You’ll be perfectly positioned just five minutes from the beautiful beaches, water activities, cafés, restaurants, and shops of both Nelson Bay and Salamander Bay.
Recently renovated, Pacific Waters offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, with the option to host up to 12.

The property is an absolute gem and a must stay! It is located in close proximity to a range of activities, whilst also having lots of activities to do at the property itself. My group of friends had a fabulous time and the host made the stay extremely easy and fun.

Had a very enjoyable stay. The view from up there is incredible. Len, the owner, was very nice and accommodating. The well kept pool table was a highlight.

You won’t find a place with a better view.
The house is set up with everything you need. We particularly loved the basement pool room and the BBQ on the balcony. There’s plenty of space and doesn’t feel overcrowded with a large group of adults.
