About this house rental
Memories on the Beachfront is only a few minutes drive from Nelson Bay CBD and is located in one of the best beachfront positions in the whole of Port Stephens! This massive six bedroom home has multiple living areas, two kitchens, and is perfect for two families, multi-generational families or large groups to share. Memories on the Beachfront sleeps up to 12 guests (max 10 adults), lovely water views and is only meters away from the white sands of a gorgeous calm water beach. Surrounded by nature, Memories on the Beachfront is beyond compare.
Memories on the Beachfront encompasses everything we all dream of when fantasising about our dream beach house holiday. The park-like gardens and reserve offer the perfect space for kids to run and play. There’s a delightful little paved pathway, that winds its way through the beach reserve and has kids play equipment at each end. Stroll a few steps and you’re at The Anchorage Port Stephens, renowned for its opulent day spa, fine and casual waterfront dining. Go for an evening walk along the break-wall that wraps itself around The Anchorage Marina and watch the sun set.
The ground floor is comprised of a family bathroom, an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room, which all look out onto the grounds and the glistening water beyond and flow out onto the undercover patio complete with BBQ and outdoor dining table. There are four bedrooms on this level. Bedroom 1 enjoys the reserve and water views, opens onto the patio and has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a king sized zip bed(nominate preference) and TV. Bedroom 3 also has a king sized bed. Bedroom 4 can act as a kids bedroom, as it has a TV, two seater lounge and a set of bunk beds.
The first floor is comprised of yet another fully equipped kitchen, which is open plan to the generous dining room and both are blessed with water views and open onto a huge undercover deck with comfy outdoor furniture and dining setting. The separate spacious lounge room opens onto its own deck. There are two bedrooms on this level. Bedroom 5 (the master) has a TV, enchanting water views, direct access to the balcony, a king bed and ensuite with double vanity, shower and corner spa bath. Bedroom 6 also has a king sized bed. The family bathroom on this level has a bath and separate shower.
Memories on the Beachfront has a double lockup garage. The home is fully air conditioned, has a laundry with washer and dryer. Stay, play, rest and rejuvenate and experience Memories on the Beachfront for yourself!

Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
BOND -$2000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
SECURITY CAMERAS - For security purposes, this property is fitted with external security cameras
All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

Beautiful location. Modern house with stylish decor. Loved our stay and would highly recommend. Only minor adjustments needed. New coffee mugs and some bedrooms only have one bedside lamp.

We were a family of 9 adults and 2 children gathering from around the world for the first time. The house was perfect for this with the various living annd break out areas, kids’ toys games and books and access to the beach where when using the kayaks we were surrounded several times by curious gentle dolphins. The kitchens are well appointed and the barbecue very useful. Good luck working out how to use the microwave. We gave up even using the instructions! We were able to walk to the Anchorage one night for a fabulous dinner and the playground a few metres away came in very handy. The beds are super comfortable and the outdoor area perfect for all our meals at this time of the year. We would definitely return.

This is a memorable stay with a group of friends wanting to just chill by the beach and play board games. The house is big with plenty of room for 9 adults. Kitchen is well equipped with dinnerware, cutleries and basic amenities and we could cook breakfast and use the BBQ with no problem. Some kitchen appliances including the kitchen exhaust and microwave can be slightly tricky to find the right button but having those options were good. Owner provided some coffee pods and a nespresso machine with milk frother which was good. Bed and linen were good and central air conditioning was a plus. There was also a bottle of wine given when check-in, which was a nice touch. However, there are some basic amenities that could be better - no shampoo or bath gel were provided in the bathroom apart from bar soap and no hair dryer which were not clearly indicated in the description. There was a mention of cleaning 'starter kit' which indicated bin liners, but wish they would have provided more, considering it's a place for a large group as both bins quickly filled up by day 1 after the BBQ. Key lock instructions weren't given on time but the call line was helpful and responded quickly. Would also prefer the instructions such as pre-departure checklist be printed or having a handbook for FAQ to be in a visible place of the property, instead of just email which I didn't check until after check out as holiday makers don't tend to check emails!
