The house was comfortable & clean. The "stunning views" that were beyond expectations.
A couple of the sliding screen doors out to the verandahs need attention. And some of the venetian blinds in the bedrooms didn't operate properly, nor did the windows open to capacity.

The view is definitely everything you are paying for.
The house was not clean properly. Shower had sand, couch had sand, opened package of chips under my bed, pillows are old, tv is old - no connection for phone (no smart tv), stereo old. The place needs an upgrade. Also I know we were informed about no sheets and towels but for the amount of money they charge this should definitely be included - You don’t have a holiday home experience. You will need to drive anywhere you go - Beach, town…
