Posizione centrale, è una laterale di via Toledo. Vicina a Piazza Dante con metropolitana della linea 1. Bar, supermercato, locali vicini. Zona frequentata e centrale. Interessante stare in un palazzo storico. Appartamento molto silenzioso. E' una mansarda ma è abitabilissima.
Pulizia ottima. Contatto con l'host professionale e piacevole; ci ha fornito moltissimi spunti ed idee per ristoranti, luoghi,...
Per noi non è stato un problema ma segnalerei che per arrivare all'appartamento è vero che c'è l'ascensore (o comode scale) fino al secondo piano ma poi è necessario usare una scala un po' ripida. Nessun problema basta solo saperlo.

Quiet place in the middle of a rushing city. Good air conditioning, especially in the bedroom, even during the summer heat wave. Very, very clean & cozy. The apartment is located on a top floor on an old building, in a corridor along with other residential apartments, which gives the place additional coziness and charm. The roof windows are accessible, and can be looked through, which I enjoyed doing.
Teeny tiny shower cabin, not suitable for corpulent persons. Simultaneous showers for couples is out of question. The apartment is on the third floor, but the elevator goes only to the second floor, and then a dozen rather steep stairs lead to the apartment area, which isn't a problem for people without physical impairment or disability, however, not suitable for older folks if they have difficulty to claim the stairs.

The room was comfortable and the location was great! Everything we wanted to see and do were in easy walking distance. Lots of lively night life here, felt very safe. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels and supplies. Even though it was in the middle of the city, it was quiet and peaceful.
The shower was very small. For a large or tall person (we are 5'6'' and a little overweight), this apartment would not work. Also there is an elevator that takes you to the second floor, but there are some steep stairs to where the apartment is. They should paint the door to the complex, the graffiti makes it look like a sketchy area, but it is really a very safe lively area.

Liked the host and brekfast preparations. Host really tried to make everything possible for us and eas wery kind.
Matress was very worn out. Lot of high and narrow stairs. It took some time to figure out all of the electrical switches
