Hanalei Pier and township are close by as is magnificent Anini Beach and its coral reefs. With Kauai Airport less than an hour away, it's simple to get to and from this one-of-a-kind getaway.

Whitewater and reef views await from every window of this cheerfully designed condo. Two serene bedrooms offer accommodations for up to 4 guests. Drift away to the sound of waves on a king-size bed in the master bedroom, complete with its own en-suite bathroom and tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, and another shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo.
Activities
Start your morning with coffee or tea on the spacious lanai. This breezy perch boasts Princeville's best views of the Anini reef. A lush lawn leads right up to the ocean's edge — a set of chairs offers another fine place to admire the view.
Fix breakfast in the granite and tile-lined kitchen before an awesome beach day. Choose from a number of sandy paradises: Puu Poa Beach, Hideaway Beach, and Anini Beach are beloved spots for sunbathing and snorkeling. Your group is welcome to use the complimentary beach and snorkel gear at the condo. Pick up fresh dinner ingredients (and a shave ice!) at Princeville Shopping Center on your way back home, or head right to Bar Acuda for tapas.
Parking is simple with your own dedicated space. The property's on-site pool and shared grilling area is 100 yards from you door — indulge in a late-night grilling session beneath the stars between dips in the pool. Laundry is easy to do in the property with washer and dryer provided.
Cap a full day with a classic film on the living room's flat-screen TV. Cable and free Wi-Fi are included, making it easy to surf the web and plan the next day's adventures.

The Princeville area is especially beautiful with mountains, beaches, cliffs and taro plantations all intermingling along this north shore of Kauai. Any questions about Kauai, please ask. This property is a dream come true! Stayed here a week.... We especially enjoyed the stunning ocean view, taking the opportunity to have coffee in the morning and golden hour beverages every day from the comfortable lanai. The decor in the condo really elevated the tropical theme, with beautiful wood furniture throughout (the master bedroom features a stunning island-y bed) gorgeous photos, and cheerful bedspreads/pillows. We appreciated the bathroom toiletries and the fully stocked kitchen cabinets which made it super easy to prep food we purchased at the farmer's market and take it to the beach in the provided Tupperware. Picnics galore! We had rowdy neighbors upstairs but we brought them lychee and asked for some consideration after 9pm - problem solved. We visited the south shore (Poipu, etc.) and while it was nice, we were SO happy we selected north shore and especially Alii Kai. The pool was super convenient after long days of salt water snorkeling, and just a quick walk to get to it. Nearby food carts were an added bonus (Taro French toast & Portuguese sausage at Taste of Asia!). We used the boogey boards and chairs the hosts provided - so much fun! Overall, we feel like we hit the jackpot with this property and super thorough hosts. Check in/out was seamless. We left Kauai relaxed and invigorated, and this condo was a major part of that vibe.

The property is great. Ocean view is real.Plenty of beach towels, kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware.My recommendation is to snapshot the instructions from the host. There is no reception at the property. We had to drive back in the middle of the night to an area with reception in order to see the pin. The pin is for the door, not the box next to the door. That was unclear in the instruction.The host is very responsive. I texted them 6:30 am for the WIFI password and they responded back in 30 min. I wish that was in the instructions.Generally: well maintained in great location property. Enjoy!

Beautiful view from the lanai. Lovely furnishings including comfortable beds. Washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and more added to our beach trips to nearby Anini Beach. Live music every night at the shopping center. Lovely, relaxing vacation.
