Alan and Vicki were fantastic hosts that were beyond helpful in making this vacation full of wonderful memories for me and my family! Their communication was excellent before and all throughout the trip for all our questions. Their home was perfectly clean and had everything needed for our family. The view of the ocean was indescribable. The area around the property had plenty of fun things to do, from eating at tasty restaurants, to swimming and walking along astounding beaches. Alan and Vicki also gave great recommendations for things to do all around Kauai, such as attending local farmer’s markets, seeing or swimming in beaches, visiting botanical gardens, and hiking interesting trails with all appropriate caution (such as the Kalalau trail). And after filling our days with plenty of recommended activities, we were able to come back to a comfy and clean home base. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the space and explore Kauai, and would love another chance to visit in the future!

This condo was everything as described and shown in the listing. It was the most well stocked vrbo we've ever stayed in on vacation. The view out the windows was simply spectacular. We took sunrise pictures every morning! Alan's communication and emails were the most we've ever received from a property owner and he gave wonderful advice on trips and restaurants. This condo was tremendous and I'm already dreaming of our next trip back to Kauai and staying here. I highly recommend this condo. It's a 10 out of 10 with us.

We really enjoyed out stay here. They provided all the beach equipment you could use. Snorkel equipment, chairs, umbrellas, etc.. The interior also had all the electrical outlets everywhere.

Booked this as a last minute vacation for a family of 5. It was a great location to explore the various beaches on the North Shore. Super convenient and the host had great local recommendations. Very expansive ocean views throughout the condo. Personally enjoyed watching the sea turtles surfacing in the cove below. Appreciated the beach gear that was at the condo as well. We bought fins and masks at the Costco on the island but there was a nice assortment of kids gear that could have been used. Overall, it was a nice gem!
