Located on the top floor, end unit of Building 9, this spacious and stylish condo offers awe-inspiring sunset views over the ocean. Fully furnished with tasteful island-inspired décor, the unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.
The primary suite includes a king bed, en-suite bath, and rare air conditioning, while the rest of the condo is kept cool with ceiling fans and open-air flow. The loft, serving as the second bedroom, offers two queen-size mattresses—ideal for families or small groups. Enjoy the private lanai, surrounded by tropical greenery and cooled by tradewinds, as well as HDTV, free high-speed WiFi, in-unit washer/dryer, private access, and onsite parking for one vehicle.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Great location in Princeville and great location within The Cliffs, building 9 with great views. Only negative is that a/c units only cool bedrooms, so at times condo still very stuffy. Also understand that island is hot and humid, but bathroom vents were covered in mold/mildew and main bedroom a/c unit smelled like it needed servicing. Plus bathroom towel hook was hanging precariously off the wall. Overall a great place to stay though.

This property had absolutely everything we needed and we wish we had booked it for longer. The views were amazing, the place was well maintained and had everything we needed. Our family would highly recommended this place! Remember there are only stairs to the condo.

Beautiful location in Princeville. An extremely special unit that has views of the mountains and the ocean. With that said, everything else about this property is average. The place was clean, but everything inside seemed a little older. The property had many amenities that were again very average including a tiny gym and very full garbage/recycling bins. The people who worked the front desk were extremely rude and off putting in every interaction our group had with them. I don’t fault the property for that, just something to notice as they are essentially the face of the property.
