Guests at Sunrise Hale at the Cliffs enjoy access to the shared communal pool and hot tub, plus a BBQ grill area on the resort grounds. The unit offers a private entrance, and a disabled parking spot is available on-site. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort, with paid parking off premises.

Princeville itself offers walkable access to some shops and dining, while beaches like Hanalei Bay are a short drive. Parking is typically available in lots or driveways at most properties.

This was a nice place exactly as described . It’s in a great location . Ocean views are amazing. During our stay we did experience a leak in the roof it was reported but not fixed. It was right above the kitchen which made it difficult to cook if it was raining. It was clean but I did find some old receipts from previous travelers under furniture which makes me think that the cleaning crew is not physically checking.. other than that it was really pleasant and I would recommend this place.. oh and the lady working in reception is very rude !!! I went in a few times and it happened every time . Very disrespectful in my opinion

Amazing top unit with spectacular views. So spacious with truly everything we needed for our week stay with updated features, great WiFi connection and cable TVs. You’ll find beach chairs, pool toys and foam boards on the lanai- beach chairs were clutch. There was a leak in the roof from heavy rain that dripped into the kitchen. The host was very responsive and worked with us to find a resolution. When we come back to Kauai, we will make every effort to book this exact unit. Ceiling fans are in every room, and lanais. Tons of portable fans too along with endless bath and beach towels. We were so comfortable, it was hard to leave! Lots of roosters and chickens. Be prepared for their early morning noises!Huge tip: for those who have car rentals- take the vacuum and go to the grill area (next to putting greens). There are outlets you can plug the vacuum into to clean your rental so they don’t charge you for dirt/sand. Mahalo!

This rental exceeded my expectations! It had a wonderful view, great amenities, and great location! I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. It was perfect for our family of four with 2 small children who loved having their own loft.
