Large spotless room with very cold fridge/freezer and modern bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Although our room didn't have a balcony there was a small communal one we could use. Fantastic breakfast with many fresh options.

The location is amazing, right next to the harbour and main promenades, yet in a nicely quiet street leading to a beautiful peninsula. The team at the villa is just beyond praise: they truly make everything to make you feel like a guest of honor. The rooms offer enough space, the wardrobe in particular has lots of room for sorting clothes and other things. Fridge in the room is a great feature. Cleanliness is amazing, breakfast offers more than one can eat, lots of fruit options. All in all, a great place to have a vacation where you don't have to worry about a thing!

I think Villa Osipovica is a perfect accommodation. I saw the sea from the bed when I woke up, the room was perfectly clean, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very kind and helpful. My favorite staff member was Lui, who is very cute dog 🥰

A pleasant gateway

Close to the city center, restaurant and shops with free parking and decent enough WiFi. The owners are at your disposal most of the time with local tips and info.

There isn’t a definitive time the breakfast starts and it mostly depends on when the majority of the guests wake up. Not a major issue, it’s just that I wake earlier than most.

Breakfast - very tasty - you get everything what you need and if you want something other as is served you can just simply ask very helpful and friendly owners who stay in villa too. Accom. has perfect location - next to the beach which is located on peninsula with archeological seesight from ancient times, to the center of Medulin with lovely promanade next to marine you can get by foot in 10 minutes Fantastic domestic restaurants for your dinner - by foot max 15 minutes Medulin is lovely small town with places where you can stay on your own and alone hidden from everyone but frim the other hand its great place for your social needs too. I really highly recommend this lovely place and especially Villa Osipovica - great value for what you paid and really very special and friendly owners. Rooms are very clean and bright - we booked one with balcony and we got spacious room on the first floor with really huge balcony which apprecciated our doggy :) We would like to come back as soon as possible, definitely :)

Not worth it

We liked the cleanliness, location is also great. But that’s it except that everything else wasn’t good.

The rooms are so small!! and not comfortable!! and the bed is very very hard! And not comfortable. Only positive about the room is that they are clean. And the shower is nice The breakfast was horrible! It was very poor and the atmosphere was very weird with the workers at the breakfast place. The workers were nice but very unprofessional. In summary the only negative is the very small uncomfortable rooms and bed and the breakfast wasn’t worth it at all! It Was better to spend the extra money for breakfast on some nicer breakfast in the very close by little city. Also paying is only by cash and they didn’t even have any change to give us back so we had to go and buy something to have the exact amount. They didn’t tried to solve it they just said to go and get the exact amount because they don’t have change and they have nothing to do about it.

Colazione internazionale dolce/salato: prodotti freschi e di qualità, sicuramente uno dei punti di forza del b&b. Ogni mattina il proprietario vi farà trovare il caffè pronto e una buona selezione di prodotti da forno freschi come brioche e ciambelle, punto forte é la colazione salata. (Il burro e le marmellate sono top) Le camere si presentano bene e sono pulite: vi é anche , su ogni piano, un terrazzino in comune, dove poter bere qualcosa e rilassarsi (al ultimo piano si vede anche il mare). Il proprietario è simpatico e disponibile, vi consiglierá posti dove recarvi durante le vostre vacanze. Un ottima scelta per chi cerca un B&B in ottima posizione strategica per visitare Premantura, Pola, Pomer e tutta la punta dell'Istria. Villa Osipovica si trova a Medolino, a pochi passi dal centro, ma cmq in contesto tranquillo, lì vicino infatti si può imboccare il sentiero che porta al parco archeologico di Vizula, passeggiata consigliata al tramonto o alla mattina presto.

Un consiglio per migliorare il comfort della camera da letto (n.5) data l'esposizione fin dalle prime luci del mattino al sole, è quella di applicare esternamente dei scuretti in legno, degli avvolgibili in pvc o eventualmente una tenda oscurante ancora più spessa, se avete il sonno leggero vi sveglierete presto a causa della luce.
