    This is my first time with my boyfriend come to Penghu and we chose this hotel. It's a really good choice. The location is very strategic. The hotel environment is clean. They even prepared a very good book for me to read because I have trouble sleeping at night. The breakfast at this hotel has a simple but delicious menu. The air conditioning works well considering I went in the summer, which is very important. I recommend you to stay here.

    This is my first time in Penghu, and I'm glad (and lucky) to have stayed affordably at Foung Kou Hotel. The hotel is located near to all the public transport terminals available: ferry pier (15-20 minutes walk), airport (20 minutes bus ride) and bus terminal (20 minutes walk). There are also eateries and convenience stores nearby (5-10 minutes walk). As the bus terminal is near, you'd also have the option of exploring the other regions of Penghu (as long as they are not off-island), like 西嶼、湖西、白沙、風櫃 and 外垵. The hotel also provides reasonable breakfast.

    We stayed here 5 nights for the 2025 Ironman Penghu. It is perfectly located just 1 km from the event but right in the heart of downtown where restaurants, convenient stores and other necessary shops are located. The rooms are on the smaller side but provides everything a tourist will need. The hotel provides buffet style breakfast with sufficient selections even for vegans. Hotel was gracious enough to provide us special breakfast take away for race day as it is starts very early long before the breakfast buffet was available for us. Breakfast is served 6-8am. The hotel also provided us free transportation from and to the Magong Airport. We might stay here again if we come back in Penghu.
