    Stayed there 2 nights for a travelling visit on Penghu island. Hostel is nicely located in the middle of main city. The receptionist was so friendly and helpfull, i really enjoyed the stay there.

    Bloody awful. Try sleeping in the day. You have all these rules about not doing this or that, not using the lifts after midnight, but then are you left alone to sleep during the day after having complied with all the restrictions and duly returned at 7am to sleep? Absolutely not. Crazy, crazy loud public address system announcements at 10ish in the morning. Absurdly noisy cleaners coming repeatedly in and out of the room, probably wearing specially commissioned clogs to maximise noise. Come here if you wish to obey the rules and prepared to be disappointed if you do but nevertheless wish to sleep.
