TOP LOCATION, exclusive, modern apartment right on the beach of S'illot TOP!

The photos on the listing do not do this property justice. Perfect location and beautiful views. The apartment is clean and has all of the amenities that you would ever need. If you do happen to be missing something that you want, you’ll definitely be able to find it just steps away. The area is definitely quieter than other parts of the island, with an older crowd, but that’s exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommend this property. Thank you Thomas!

This is a great property. Very spacious and comfortable.. also in the best location. Many restaurants bars and shops within walking distance I would definitely stay here again

We did 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Great location. Beautiful view. Everything worked well. Updated kitchen, washer, dryer. Plumbing, water pressure etc was excellent. It is above a restaurant but the one bedroom has AC and there was no problem with noise . Second bedroom does not have AC Linens were nice. No problem parking. Would highly recommend.

The properties location was good and as shown on website with great views, however there were a number of things that need improving. The entrance into the building for 2 apartments was filthy, with bottle tops, soggy rubbish lying on the floor. It stayed like that the 5 days we were there. When we arrived the cleaning lady with entry keys was sitting outside waiting for us - when you have to pay a cleaning fee, I would have thought she could have cleaned up that area. The windows out to the terrace also havent been cleaned for some time - once again they should have been nice and clean. There are loose handles, poor drainage in ensuite bathroom and the main bathroom smelt - we basically didnt use that room. A fabulous big clock on the wall not working - maybe only needs a new battery. However, despite all that the apartment is well furnished, beds comfortable and super kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Kitchen lounge area excellent. Wifi is very weak - we could receive emails but couldnt download any attachments. Theres a good restaurant downstairs and supermarket close by. Parking was free on nearby streets. Cala Millor was a nice beach to go for swimming.
