About this apartment rental
The apartment complex RIGO is located in a very central location, approximately in the middle of the 2km long beach. It consists of a total of 10 apartments, spread over 4 floors and belongs to a single family of owners, who runs the popular ice cream parlor 'GELATERIA RIGO' and a supermarket on the ground floor of the building and can be found there every day.
Offered here is the penthouse apartment in the 4th floor. Access by stairs (no elevator available!), which ends immediately in front of the apartment and is closed, so that guests of the penthouse apartment enjoy absolute privacy.
In addition to 70m2 of living space, the apartment includes the exclusively usable terrace of 120m2 on three sides, with sun all day and fantastic views of the sea and the entire bay.
Terrace furniture such as table, chairs, sofa, armchair and 4 comfortable loungers with upholstered cushions available! 4x 6 m electric awning as a shade on the south side
Due to its location on the top floor, the apartment receives sun all day and through windows in all rooms and in the bathroom it is bright and flooded with light. Folding shutters in front of all windows can darken the apartment and protect it from the sun.
The modern living / dining room has a sofa, armchair, 32 'flat screen satellite TV with all German programs, pull-out dining table with seating for 6 people.
The new fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee machine u. additionally capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, all cooking accessories, plenty of dishes and cutlery. Everything was bought in 2012! Washing machine, iron + ironing board available.

Winter rental: New and dense aluminum windows with Climalit double glazing. 4 electric radiators.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade und bietet an drei Seiten eine große Terrasse, so dass man immer ein windgeschütztes, sonniges Fleckchen findet. Aus nahezu jedem Zimmer schaut man direkt aufs Meer.
Von daher ist die Lage wirklich top.
Mit FlyBus bzw. Transunion klappt der Transfer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft völlig unproblematisch. Oder man nimmt die Buslinie A42. Im öffentlichen Nahverkehr lässt sich problemlos mit EC- oder Kreditkarte zahlen. Von daher ist kein Mietwagen notwendig. Man kann einfach mit dem Bus in die umliegenden Orte fahren und tolle Wanderwege an der Küste entdecken. Ein Fahrradverleih befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus. Zum Aldi läuft man 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Der Internetzugang ist etwas launisch. Nicht alle Geräte lassen sich einloggen. Aber mit mobilem Hotspots etc. lässt sich das überbrücken.

Dejligt lejlighed med fantastisk tagterrasse med udsigt til stranden.
Sol dagen lang og beliggenhed lige i centrum med mange restauranter og forretninger lige uden for døren.
Flot rengjort ved ankomst.

Die Dachterrasse und der Ausblick waren super.
Die Auflagen der Sonnenliegen fehlten und die Liegen für den Strand müssen unbedingt ersetzt werden, da diese nicht nutzbar waren. Des Weiteren musste das komplette Besteck und Geschirr in die Spülmaschine da es "klebte" und nicht sauber war. Das Appartement war ok, die Betten auch, leider war es sehr staubig, Spiegel und Fenster ziemlich schmierig. Wir würden es unter diesen Umständen nicht wieder buchen.
