Excellent apartment with air conditioning and a rooftop terrace offering views of the sea and the mountains.
This apartment, renovated in 2020, is located 500 meters from the sea in a quiet area of Porto Cristo called S’IIlot. The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy Mallorca’s sunshine. Since the apartment has both heating and air conditioning, it’s a great place to stay year-round.
Through the front door, a staircase leads up to the second floor. There you’ll find the living area, featuring a new kitchen, a living-dining room, a small balcony with a sea view, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. The living room sofa converts into a sofa bed. A baby crib is also available.
Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV are provided.
From the apartment, another staircase leads up to the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a 360° view. The rooftop is equipped with a dining table, a 2m x 2m Balinese bed, decorative lighting, and a gas grill.
The “Smile” apartment is located in Cala Morlanda. Nearby, you’ll find a few shops, restaurants, bars, a large sandy beach with a boardwalk, and several small, sometimes rocky and secluded coves in the area. In Cala Morlanda, you can go diving and snorkeling.

We loved our stay on Mallorca. This is an amazing property, the host was very help and quick to get back to us if we needed something. You can't beat this view!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The host, Yadir, was a great help and was very attentive when we needed any information. He made our stay an even better experience. I must admit he provided everything we needed and more and his apartment certainly has the wow factor. The roof terrace was a beautiful place to eat and relax. I can certainly recommend this apartment.

As soon as I saw Yadir’s place on VRBO, I knew it was right for us - so much so that we actually moved the date of our holiday to tie in with availability.
We were not disappointed. The place was spotlessly clean and a great base for our week of exploring the island.
Yadir was quick to respond to any questions and, when I asked him whether there was an iron, he said there were “all the essentials”. Well, he wasn’t kidding! Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, spare bedding, more loo roll and towels than we could ever hope to use and more.
One thing worth mentioning is that the apartment is on the second floor, which was fine for us but wouldn’t suit everyone. It was definitely worth it because that gave you the rooftop terrace. We LOVED the terrace for a drink, some late afternoon sunbathing or a barbecue and it will hold a special place in our memories as my (now) fiancé proposed to me there 😀
The apartment is in a residential area which suited us but you can walk to the sandy beach and restaurants in about five minutes. S’Illot itself is a little quieter than its neighbour Sa Coma but has everything you need and we actually preferred it as a resort.
I would definitely book again and can highly recommend the apartment - you will not be disappointed
