The private residential complex MARINA PARK is located at the southern end of Cala Millor, directly at the nature reserve "Sa Punta de N´Amer", absolutely quiet, directly at the beach, with private beach access, pool area incl. separate children's pool(in operation from May-October), beautiful garden area, sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols of the house community, toilet and shower by the pool. The apartment is on the 2nd floor(2 lifts available) and has a 65 m ² plus 8 m ² terrace, from which you can look directly at the sea, the garden with the pool and the nature reserve. Large dining table and 4 chairs
Completely renovated, it has a modern kitchen with zero-ring hob (4 hobs), oven, large fridge with freezer drawers, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and extensive cooking accessories. Modern bathroom with large glass shower cabin.
2 bedrooms with single beds(each 90 x 190 cm), built-in wardrobe, shutters and mosquito nets in front of the windows. One bedroom has access to the terrace and sea view.
Living room with sofa, satellite TV, further dining table and chairs for 4 people.
Air conditioning with heat pump in the living room, which also cools or warms the bedrooms (extra charge €5.00/day).
Iron/ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer. Safe.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Jedoch sind die Matratzen durchgelegen. Auch die Lage am Rande von Cala Millor ist toll. Am Beginn der Promenade und direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Allerdings wurde der Pool nicht gereinigt. Das Wasser war voller Blätter und Gras (vom Rasen mähen).

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung mit tollen Meerblick, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem nah zur Promenade etc.

Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick vom Schlafzimmer und der Terrasse auf die Küste und das Naturschutzgebiet. Alles war sauber und an Utensilien hat eigentlich nichts gefehlt. Die Buchung sowie der Kontakt vor Ort waren sehr gut!
