-Excellent location, close to Kyoto station (7 minutes approx) -Bus station 10 minutes approx. -Free breakfast (Not a large selection, but free. ) -Familymart and Seven eleven three minutes walk away. -Certainly worth staying here if you can book at a good price.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. However, I had requested a room with a nice view, but I was given a room facing a wall and with very little natural light. It might not have been a nuisance for a day or two, but for 12 days, it was pretty depressing. I hope they will take better account of guests' requests in the future.
