    A good place to stay, not far from shopping mall. Rooms are clean, staff friendly and understanding.

    Facility is clean, and convenient (having washing dry machine). Besides it is closed to Aeon supermarket and Kyoto station, so it is convenient.

    The hotel is located around 15–20 minutes walking distance from Kyoto Station. One of the biggest plus points is that it is very close to AEON Kyoto, which makes shopping, dining, and buying daily necessities very convenient. As for suggestions, it would be great if the hotel could add more washing machines at the lobby, especially during peak hours. Having a water filter or water dispenser on every floor would also make the stay even more comfortable for guests.
