    The place is very convenient. It's right across the Aeon mall and is 7 minutes away from Kyoto station. The room is also big and clean.

    The hotel location is good because its near aeon mall, but to get to a konbini you have to walk around 500-600m, they have laundry machine that cost (wash and dry 2h/6kg) = 800 yen, they have free water but that might not be enough (bring your own vessel) they dont have free ice. there are only 2 laundry machines available. Wifi is good enough. If you have large suitcase you need to take a cab, or its 700m walk on the sidewalk from avanti mall. They have passcode door to get inside, and no room key they give code instead. they clean every 3 days. Its good but if you like midnight konbini run prepare to walk 600m. other than that aeon mall is very near so you need to plan ahead. there is nothing really to see there but its quiet. only 1 elevator and you cant use the stairwell.

    Our stay at MS Hotel Kyoto Station was a good experience overall. The location was very convenient, especially for exploring Kyoto and getting around by train and bus. It’s also within walking distance of Kyoto Station, although the walk can take around 5–10 minutes. One suggestion for improvement would be the room cleaning schedule. Instead of having the room cleaned only every 4 days, it would be more convenient if cleaning could be provided every other day, especially for longer stays. Overall, I’d recommend MS Hotel Kyoto Station if you’re looking for a convenient location, easy access to transportation, and good value for money while exploring Kyoto.

    The hotel is located around 15–20 minutes walking distance from Kyoto Station. One of the biggest plus points is that it is very close to AEON Kyoto, which makes shopping, dining, and buying daily necessities very convenient. As for suggestions, it would be great if the hotel could add more washing machines at the lobby, especially during peak hours. Having a water filter or water dispenser on every floor would also make the stay even more comfortable for guests.
