More Than Just a Stay – A Wonderful Experience

Our stay here was absolutely magical. From the stunning forest setting so close to Rovaniemi, to the incredible luck of witnessing the Northern Lights, every detail was perfect. The cozy atmosphere made us feel instantly at home, which is a rare and wonderful feeling when traveling. A huge thank you to our hosts for their genuine kindness and help throughout our trip. Their warm hospitality truly made our holiday fantastic. We hope to return one day

Family friendly place to stay in Rovaniemi. A+++

Really nice place to stay with family in Rovaniemi. Not far from the city. Really nice and helpful lady. We agreed that at an extra charge she will make breakfast for me and my family 1 morning during our stay. During our stay I cleared snow for her every morning just to get some excersises done for fun. At the day of check-out she didn't took money from me for the breakfast. She said that I didn't supposed to clear the snow and she will not take money from me. That was really nice from her. Didn't expected that. :)

really great place to stay!

Really comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, shower had good water (and heated floor!!) and the apartment was really spacious and cosy. We also really liked the location as well, it is in a forest which is really fun to walk around in when there is deep snow.

The wifi was a little patchy at times but mostly pretty good

Exceptional

What an amazing stay! The host welcomed us warmly with keys, details, even some toys for our children and she even printed us a bus timetable. The house is about 7 km from the center. Taxis in Rovaniemi are expensive but if you’re looking for a true Lapland experience, you wanna stay in this kind of place and not in the city. There is an hourly bus on week days that stops about 5 minutes walk from the house. And it payed off! We had 2 days of Amazing Northern Lights right in front of the house! There is less lights in the area and that helped! Other people pay hundreds to go somewhere dark and see the lights. The kitchen has everything you need, from salt to appliances. You even get to use the sledges outside. I recommend staying here if you are looking for a true winter experience in Lapland!

Comfortable house located in forest from a fairy tale

A spacious, comfortable house located in the forest. All around beautiful winter landscapes like from a fairy tale. About 10 minutes drive to Rovaniemi and the Santa Claus Village. Functional, well-equipped kitchen. Table located near the panoramic window, allows to drink coffee looking at beautiful winter scenery. Comfortable beds. Kind and helpful hosts.

I’d love to go again ☺️

warm cosy house in the Forrest only 10 minutes from city centre. We felt so safe here with our 3 children. The host and her family were lovely. We really enjoyed our trip to Lapland. Santa clause village and airport all very close by we had a rental car so we had great freedom to go places. found it easy to drive there.

Beautiful Apartment

We stayed here for two nights in november. The host was sympatic and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment isn't far away from the streets, but you are also direct in the nature. Inside the apartment you will find everything you need. We felled like home from the first second.

The views trough all the windows. The house makes you feel as visiting a kind relative, everything was nice.the kitchen had all necessary and they already had some basics in the kitchen like cacao, coffee, sugar,.salt.

A quiet house in the forest

It’s an amazing house in the forest although it’s a bit far from the city center. It was like the house in fairytale, nice and peace. According to the instructions from hostess, I went the river bank to see the Aurora. There is less light pollution to the north than city center.
