Perfect really enjoyed our stay

Really good location the host was super helpful and the property was really nice and comfortable. 2 big tvs which we could watch movies on and be cosy at night , facilities to be able to cook at the apartment, clean and modern, 8 miles away from Santa Claus village which was easy to get an Uber to

The only think that put a downer on the stay was the neighbour, he didn’t seem to have any type of tolerance for visitors been in the apartment he was very rude and also had no tolerance for our children to be playing outside of property which was a shame as Joonas the host was fantastic and so was the apartment , We did manage to still play in the snow and have fun but had to go across to the woods and field because of neighbour.

Host was fantastic, very helpful throughout from booking to arrival and departure. Always answered questions prior to arriving. Great location - for us it was in the middle of all activities we chose to do (artic snow hotel, bearhill huskies, winter park and SCV). Perfect to see the northern lights.

Some difficulties locking front door. Mostly clean but some spots missed (microwave, behind/ down side of furniture, down couch).

Location was beautiful and private. Lovely, clean and modern.

Beautiful cosy house with sauna in a beautiful location and a fantastic host.

Warm, cosy, clean and comfortable and decorated for Christmas! . Host was fantastic we didn’t have a car so did drops and pickups at reasonable prices. Location of property is in the suburbs so car hire would be easier.

AMAZING.

Definitely the host! He is such a pleasant person, one of the best hosts we have met. His instructions were really clear and precise and most importantly, he tries his really best to accommodate us and help us in any way possible. We accidentally left the keys in the house and he specially came from work to our aid. Words cannot describe how appreciative we were. His location is also about a 10mins drive to Santa Claus village which is the main tourist attraction in Rovaniemi. RECOMMENDED!!

Hospitality are not good. Hand and face towels are black. You really don't know are they clean or not. Plenty of dust in the closet shelfs. Everything looks like owner just left the house 5 minutes before your arrival. Plenty of personal belongings around. I understand that due to lack of experience.

La casa si trova a qualche km da rovaniemi, facile da raggiungere in auto. C'è un posto auto coperto. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare le chiavi di ingresso, ma abbiamo avuto un supporto immediato da Jonaas, sempre gentilissimo e presente.

« So instagrammable » mais pas que…

Maison très « instagrammable », joli intérieur moderne (beaux matériaux), confortable et bien équipée, le sauna est un vrai plus. Belle terrasse avec plusieurs petits espaces cosy, barbecue, etc. L’hôte est réactif à nos questions : très appréciable. Les voisins aidants. À une encablure du père Noël… JE RECOMMANDE !

Le ménage pourrait être plus approfondi. Le devant de la maison en gros gravier : pas pratique pour stationner des motos mais un quart port de protection très appréciable.

Parcheggio coperto, sauna top!, 2 bagni/WC, appena fuori Rovaniemi, megatelevisore (con Xbox), in pratica entrerete a casa di un “finlandese” e vi troverete di tutto (vestiti negli armadi, accessori, computer…)

I letti sono piccoli (direi un 140 e un 120). Pulizia e ordine da migliorare (per esempio, il copri piumino non sembravano appena lavati, la stufa a legna veramente sporca,…), dettagli anche (es.essenza sauna vuote, trovato in frigor alimenti iniziati, porta tenda ridicolo, ecc..)
