Bilbao Central Rooms

The location was great, and the air conditioning was an unexpected bonus in the heatwave! The ensuite was good, although there was no shower gel in the gel dispenser.

The room was incredibly spartan and the few furnishings were old and tired. I had to make my own bed!

Location. Clean.

Check in done without any human interaction. (Place was very quiet). Wanted to use the kitchen in the morning but it hadn’t yet opened. Member of staff did come to the door and I asked if I could get some water for my water bottle and she said no.

Location really close to train terminal. Room was spotlessly clean. Shower was amazing. And Mohamed went above and beyond in helping me with laundry . Such a lovely kind hospitable man. Such a credit to this hostel.

Great location, very central, no breakfast included but kitchen room available until 8:30PM to cook your own food.

Noisy construction work right outside the entrance to the rooms. I arrived at 3PM to loud banging that could be heard all over. I was locked outside the main entrance due to someone locking the door from the inside and the host was unresponsive to my calls. Another person helped me inside and tried contacting them. Very noisy groups of people shouting and making a ruckus in the hallways. Overall a very unpleasant stay due to the continuous noise.
