Seemed understaffed. Desk staff not knowledgeable but nice. Room didn’t feel clean. Parking lot full. Breakfast included but not great. It could be better given some attention.

Very nice room. Not close to the big lake but room had a bslconey and I could see Lake Michigan easily from my room. I was on the 7th floor.

My mom and I stayed here and had a weekend at the beach. It was wonderful and close. And we walked. Yes the walk kind of sucked. But also it was nice to not have to find parking. And not have to pay for parking. To the right of the parking lot (facing the beach) there is a sidewalk that runs along the canal there. And it leads you right up to the beach. And it’s a bit of a journey. But with enough people to carry stuff or a nice beach wagon you are all set. The rooms are updated and nice. Clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and did their best to do what you asked for. Even though it was a crazy busy weekend with every room booked. I got a really good deal and the staff were great. Wouldn’t even know they were that busy.

We picked this hotel over the bistro on the boulevard hotel due to it having breakfast and a pool. What we didn’t know is all of the complaints posted regarding bed bugs, the hotel staff was friendly. The room was ok, you get what you pay for, location was ok, it was a long walk to the beach in the heat. Breakfast was less to be desired, but for kids it’s good.
