Fairly quiet, room was clean (except for a cockroach found in the morning), comfortable bed. Nice HOT water

The staff were great, very accommodating, however we were disappointed that the pool was not available to use during our stay. When you pay to stay at a place with a pool, it is a bummer when it is not in service especially when there are kids who were looking forward to swimming after a long day of adventures.
