Fantastic house in a great location with all amenities you would need. The pool provides a great place to play and the outdoor space is tranquil. A short walk to lots of pretty beaches gives you plenty of options. Francis is a great host and will make you feel really welcome.

Lovely break by the sea

We stayed for a week at this property with our four children. The house was well suited for us and the kids, the pool was great for them to play in and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beach and coastal paths are just over the field from the house, which was great to for exploring. The town of Plouescat was only a few minutes drive away, with an Intermarche for all the supplies. Overall a great place to stay, we would definitely come back!

We are a family of 4 with two little girls under two. Brilliant location, near to (empty!!) white beaches; walkable or a very short easy drive to heavenly soft sands and endless beaches, great for sandcastles, rock pooling and swimming. A short drive to the delightful Plouescat, perfect for morning coffee and croissants. The house is lovely and the indoor pool perfectly warm for small people. Plenty of safe enclosed space outside and overall ideal for a young family. Thanks again Francis for a wonderful holiday!!

We had a wonderful time in Plouescat. The villa is beautiful. We made full use of the pool, hot tub, pool table and bikes! The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is a bit small but perfectly functional. Merci M Berrou!

We spent a very nice 3 weeks in plouescat. The houses are clean and well equipped and the swimming pool perfect for kids and can be fully closed and secured. A quick walk to the seaside and short bike ride to several other beaches. An attentive and flexible host.

Well equipped, comfortable, clean villa in a peaceful, unspoilt location. We had a restful and happy family stay, cycling with the bikes (provided) and used the kayak (also provided) around the rugged coastline and white, sandy beaches. We so enjoyed the trip and owner very helpful that we'd love to return again.

La maison: Chaleureuse, lumineuse, correctement équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie excellente. Électroménager de qualité. Le wifi nous a permis de travailler à trois adultes en même temps. Grand jardin, billard, table de Ping Ping, jacuzzi et grande piscine: tout est parfaitement fonctionnel. Le jardin est grand et bien entretenu. Aucune nuisance de voisinage. L’hôte: Très disponible, à l’écoute et serviable sans être intrusif Les environs: A deux minutes à pied du chemin côtier, accès direct et facile à des plages superbes! En bref, une maison superbe dans un endroit magnifique avec un hôte très sympa et efficace: n’hésitez pas

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette villa très confortable, décorées avec goût, et qui offre de nombreuses activités : la piscine est superbe, le jacuzzi un ressourcement, le coin billard une détente, le Ping Pong amuse ados et grands ! Des vélos sont à disposition dans l’appentis et offrent de très belles ballades sur la côte, la mer est à 100 m de la villa ! La cuisine est très bien équipée, le terrasse de la villa est aménagée avec transat et table, nous y avons pris tous nos repas ! Le propriétaire nous a accueillis chaleureusement avec un panier degustatif de bienvenue, et nous a recommandé de nombreuses bonnes adresses culinaires, restaurants, activités. Le région offre de nombreux atouts : Roscoff, l’île de Batz, les dunes de Keremma, le char à voile, les sentiers côtiers., Un très bel endroit, nous reviendrons !

Wir hatten hier einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus und die Pools sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus liegt nah am Meer, zu Fuß 2 min.. Sehr ruhig, sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar gewesen und war innerhalb von 10 min. vor Ort. Sehr sympathisch, er spricht gut englisch....

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa super équipée. Les photos correspondent bien aux prestations. La villa est calme avec un jardin clos sans vis-à-vis. Le propriétaire est très sympa et est à l'écoute de ses vacanciers. Outre la villa, le coin est idéal aux ballades à pieds ou à vélo. Nous avions nos petits enfants et grâce aux vélos et à la petite "remorque" (enfant 3 ans) mis à notre disposition nous avons pu parcourir des kilomètres de ballade aux alentours. Super souvenir. Je recommande. Mme V.
