About this house rental

Old farmhouse, completely renovated, very quiet and no vis-à-vis. Large garden of 5000 m² without neighborhood. Tastefully decorated, the house can accommodate up to 10 persons: 8 adults / children + 2 babies. The bicycle you will discover the coast and its beautiful beaches. Access to the beaches by farm tracks. The village and shops are located 2 km. Many walks are available nearby.

Great house in great location. This is the 3rd time we have stayed and we will be back. The house is spacious and well set out with a great indoor pool. It is also very close to several lovely beaches. Kids and adults all well happy.

The property was perfect for a relaxing week with the family. 4 adults and 2 young children. The pool was utilised every day. The beds were very comfy. Showers were hot with good pressure. Parking for 2 cars. Living space was very comfortable. Location was ideal for popping into town or the beach. Garden is great for the kids to run around in. I couldn’t recommend the place highly enough. My family loved it.

The property was exceptionally clean for a rental, we did not need to do any additional cleaning on our arrival, as is necessary often with rental properties. The house is well equipped, everything needed was provided. Surely much appreciated by families will be the washing machine and the dryer. The pool is a little smaller than what we expected from the pictures, it was nice for a dip but is otherwise probably more interesting for children. A jaccuzzi would be a great addition to the pool-area, since the view from it across the large garden is really nice. You can see so much of the horizon. We didn't use them, but the owners provide guests with 5-6 bikes, that looked really proper, which is a great idea. The center of Plouescat is 5 minutes by car, probably 10 minutes by bike. The supermarket is also 5 minutes away. Otherwise we made little trips to the surroundings every other day and had a good time discovering Brest, Roscoff, Morlaix and we especially liked the couastline west of Brignogan-Plage. Thierry, who took care of the handover, was easy to reach and always replied very timely. All in all we had a wonderful two weeks here. Thank you!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The pool was lovely and such a huge hit with the kids that they would have happily spent the entire holiday going nowhere else! The living area and kitchen are beautiful and really spacious and all the equipment you would need is provided. Thierry is lovely and made the check-in and out really simple. The setting is quite remote but there are lots of lovely places to visit within a reasonable distance and the nearby beaches are beautiful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we are next in the area. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Thank you for a fantastic property to holiday with friends. Two families with young children aged 9 and under. Plenty of space, a great family kitchen and outdoor area for meals. Kids made fantastic use of the pool. Perfect location for exploring the surrounding areas, cycling, running and everything in between. Would hugely recommend Pleusecat market on Saturday mornings. Sunset was perfect and all the surrounding beaches are stunning.

We spent 2 weeks at the house in Plouescat in July and had a fantastic family holiday. This is the second time we have stayed here as the house is perfect for our family: large communal living space looking out onto a big garden; indoor pool (as you dont always leave the UK weather behind!); great location close to many beautiful beaches. The house is clean and has all the amenities we need. Everyone involved has been very helpful and friendly. We will be back.

Relaxing vacation in an idyllic farm house

This is a wonderfully cozy and generous home in the country. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are nice, and the kitchen is very well equipped.The large property offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out and pursue their interests: swimming, a little golf practice, a game of boules or just soaking in the sun. Cozy evenings In the large kitchen and in front of the fireplace are guaranteed. Supermarkets and bakeries are within a 10 minute radius. The location in general is a little remote, so that we ended up doing a lot of driving to see some of the other towns in Bretagne. We will definitely be back!

The house is very nice, clean and has everything we needed. The kids liked the pool & garden, with all the toys left in the house to play with. The house is close to a small supermarket and bakery, very convenient. All in all we liked staying at the house, highly recommended!

We had an amazing holiday in Brittany staying at maison serenité. The house was perfect for my family and I who all enjoyed the wonderful rooms, swimming pool, massive garden and a few hotly contested games of petanque! The area had many immaculate beaches and places to visit close by and the restaurant Emmanuel recommended (Roc'h Ar mor) was a superb experience with the sunset. We will definitely be back to Plousecat and hopefully to stay here again.

Lovely property with good quality fixtures and fittings. Plenty of outside space, beautiful heated indoor pool with opening doors on three sides and piped music, six bikes games equipment for golf badminton boule etc. Inside, in lovely condition, comfortable beds and well fitted bathrooms. Very well stocked with kitchen equipment plates etc. Only minor is no English tv but WiFi is brilliant and we could stream Amazon movies thro our laptop and the tv. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay and using the facilities in the house, especially the indoor swimming pool which was wonderful. All rooms were very large particularly the lounge into the kitchen, this feeling of space and light was very pleasant. We wondered whether a few routine checks could be made of available equipment in between people staying, to ensure all is working prior to the next. Possible visitors' book to request reviews and improvements could be of use? Minor criticism though for what is a beautiful house in a naturally stunning location.

We have recently returned from 'Serenity House' after a 2 week stay. The house was really comfortable and spacious for 6 adults and 2 children. The pool was amazing and was used day and night! The surrounding area is very peaceful and pretty and we loved being 'away from it all'. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly reccommend Serenity House and Plouescat as a destination. We are hoping to return next year. Thank you.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison formidablement bien agencé et situé. Nous n'avons malheureusement eu aucun échange avec les propriétaires de la maison qui n'ont jamais répondu à nos emails. D'après les informations que nous avons eu avec le gérant immobilier ce n'est pas du tout habituel et il est probable qu'il y est eu un problème avec le site d'Abritel. Cordialement.

Propriété très agréable qui permet à chacun de varier les activités et à toute une famille de partager de très bons moments . La piscine est un vrai plus et la région est magnifique . Les deux chambres avec deux lits une place sont un peu moins confortables lorsqu’elles sont utilisées par des adultes mais cela reste possible. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine .

Après plus de 1000km, nous sommes arrivés dans une super maison, l'espace, la luminosité de la pièce principal, la propreté, l'emplacement, le calme et un accueil très sympa de la part de Thierry (merci)... toute la famille a vraiment bien profité. Seul petit bémol, les poêles devraient être changées (très usées) et un rafraichissement de la douche et baignoire pourraient être envisagées - mais des détails car tout était propre! Encore merci... la famille a voté... on reviendra :-)

La maison est très agréable, et très cosy. Située au calme à la fois proche de la mer et du village. Très bien équipée de tout le nécessaire. Piscine bien chauffée à 29°. Belle bibliothèque, feu ouvert, vélos, jeux extérieurs etc ... Notre hôte disponible, réactif et flexible. Les serviettes de bain sont bien fournies . (contrairement à ce qui est mentionné dans l annonce). La disposition des chambres, 2 SDBs et 2 Wcs est très bien pensée comme 2 appartements. Une seule chambre double et 1 SDB au RDC, les autres aux étages. Il y a 8 couchages disponibles 2 chambres avec lit double. Et 2 chambres avec lits jumeaux. Ces dernières conviennent mieux à des enfants ou des adultes de petites tailles car les dimensions des lits sont plus petites que la normale. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons chaleureusement ce logement

Merci à Thierry qui nous a très bien accueilli et qui a toujours répondu présent pour régler quelques soucis électriques , et modifier la température de la piscine. Dommage, pour nous elle était à 27 degrés et non 29…. Maison agréable et spacieuse avec une pièce de vie très lumineuse et une belle cheminée.
