Located on the coast of northern Finistère, bordered by the Gr 34 (5 minutes on foot) a hiker's paradise, discover this new, luxury Villa, seaside feel with private heated outdoor swimming pool (from April 15 to October 15). Located just a few steps from the port of Plouescat, in Porsguen, a lively area in summer with its concerts, restaurants, bars and magnificent beaches with Caribbean colors. It is in a small, quiet street that you will find the villa. The 3 bedrooms can accommodate 6 to 8 people. A real fenced garden will complete this picture for a wonderful vacation. On the large wooden terrace you will find a table with chairs and garden furniture which will allow you to enjoy barbecues with family or friends under the Breton sun or not. In Brittany we are used to saying that the weather is nice several times a day, and that air conditioning is included. Order your seafood platter and go pick it up on foot or share our many regional specialties. Plouescat is a seaside resort with a casino, a golf course, a tennis court, a nautical center for sailing, kite surfing, sand yachting, etc. ..who knows how to welcome travelers by offering numerous activities
