This is the third year we have stayed in Plouescat over Easter, and each time in one of the trio of houses in this area. This house was probably the best suited for us in terms of the number of bedrooms and living space (family of 6). I highly recommend this for a week's break - so close to the beach, and lovely indoor pool for when the weather isn't great. Francis is very communicative and available over whatsapp in case of issues.

We enjoyed our week and had time to find some rest. The area around is very quiet and we took our bicycles to ride to the village and to a restaurant. On the days where the wind was blowing and cooling down the temperature we warmed up in the indoor pool or outdoor Spa. Very nice holiday and friendly check in and out.

Couldn’t have asked for more from our stay. The villa was perfect for all of us (4 adults with 4 children aged 4-11) - fully equipped kitchen, clean and warm pool, hot tub, outdoor play equipment, lovely sized bedrooms, 2 lounge areas, pool table and outdoor sun loungers with comfy cushions. Short walk from a lovely quiet beach, short drive to little village with lots of quaint shops and a large supermarket. Weather was gorgeous and Francis was very accommodating. 2 very minor negatives were that the WiFi dropped out a bit and it would have been helpful for the guest information book to have been in English as well as French. Would love to have stayed longer and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Nice house, fab pool and short walk to quiet beaches

Nice clean house with lovely garden, fab indoor pool (perfect as we were staying over Easter when the weather was sunny but cool) and hot tub, kids had fun with the pool table too. One downstairs bedroom (helpful for me as I recover from a broken ankle) and shower room and three upstairs bedroom with upstairs bathroom. Kitchen is small but fairly well stocked with equipment. It's in a very quiet residential area, surrounded by farmland with a short walk to some lovely little bays and short drive to Plouescat where there is a bakery and other shops. Francis was a good host who worked hard to get a couple of small niggles with TV and Internet fixed for us, which was really appreciated. A bottle of local cider awaited our arrival too. Communication was great once we arrived, we just would have felt a lot more at ease if some detailed written instructions had been shared in advance of our arrival - we had to contact for anything and were just told what time we could arrive, nothing more. What would have been most useful to us as visitors - and what we normally receive from other property rentals - would be the house name (it has no outside signage, but luckily was recognisable from the roadside from online photos) and address, directions, where to find keys, maybe some tips on how best to enjoy our first time visiting the area). There is a printed photo guide in the house, but all in French, and I am afraid our French language skills are very poor, so it did not help us so much. All in all, once we arrived though this did not have a significant effect on our enjoyment of the property which has some great amenities, and I think its a good house for one family or maybe a family plus grandparents to rent.

We all enjoyed the villa s quiet location ideal for a relaxing holiday, beeches close to hand The villa itself was lovley for the 8 of us ,pool and hot tub uswe daily along with the sauna. Lofal.to2n Pleuscat had lovely restaurants and ither shops highly recommended and would return to visit again

Everything the kids needed from outdoor biking or beaching, good indoor facilities for the cooler days and evenings. Good location for the family to explore Finistère’s coastline, towns and , particularly a gastronomic tour of the region is well worth while. Francis is a good host, very friendly and the property is well managed.

We had an amazing week at the villa. It was extremely clean when we arrived and M. Berrou was very welcoming. Everything was very comfortable and well kept. We had the most relaxing break. It was wonderful to be able to get up and see the sea then swim in our private pool. The location is very peaceful about 2 miles outside a wonderful French village that has all the amenities you could want for your stay. The coastal walks are within metres of the villa and beautiful with well kept paths. Bikes were provided for our use and there was even a sauna and a hot tub. Thoroughly recommended. We shall be back soon.

Der Kontakt beim Check-In war super unkompliziert. Francis ist super freundlich! Das Haus ist sauber und geräumig. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt. Die Küche neu. Der Pool ist toll. Die Fliesen um den Pool sehen auf den Fotos alt aus. Sind sie aber nicht. Das ist eine Art Naturstein, der auch Nass nicht rutschig ist. Super! Das Wasser ist angenehm temperiert und sauber. Die Kinder hatten eine Menge Spaß! Auch der Whirlpool wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Der Garten ist top gepflegt und lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein. In nur 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand und kann auch ausgedehnte Spaziergänge an der Küste unternehmen. Wir haben schon einige Ferienhäuser und auch Villen mit Pool gemietet. Wer mehr Luxus will, muss deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen! Luxus definiert sich hier über die super Lage, den tollen Pool und den weitläufigen Garten. Wir waren super zufrieden!

Für uns perfekt!

Für uns perfekt!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus auf diesem wunderschönen Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und wirklich sauber. Man merkt und sieht, dass Francis immer wieder Möbel erneuert und auch teile des Hauses renoviert. Es war einfach alles da was man braucht. Und selbst an die Sicherheit für Kinder wird gedacht (Treppenschutz und doppelte Türsicherung zum Pool). Selten haben wir in einem Ferienhaus so gut geschlafen. Zumindest für uns waren die Matratzen perfekt. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Man ist innerhalb weniger Schritte mitten in der Natur und direkt am Meer. Von dem Schauspiel zwischen Ebbe und Flut mit den großen Felsen und den schönen Strandabschnitten konnten wir nicht genug bekommen. Danke Francis!

Malgré l’accueil cordial du propriétaire nous avons essuyé déception sur déception : Les 180m2 intègrent 60 m2 de piscine Couverte, la maison est donc beaucoup plus petite qu’annoncée, mauvaise isolation phonique, la seule vue mer est depuis la fenêtre de l’étage, pièces à vivre très petites, La cuisine est une kitchenette, 1 transat en état pour 6 personnes, Une seule salle de bain digne de ce nom. Conclusion : il ne s’agit en aucun cas de prestations de standing.

nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans la Villa de M.Berrou qui nous a gentillement acceuilli. La villa offre de tres bonnes préstations qui par mauvais temps pourrons compenser l accès à la plage. Pour des vacances paissibles et reposantes je ne peux que vous conseiller cette villa.

Wir genossen eine Woche mit geheizten Schwimmingpool, Sauna, Jacuzzi und Düsenbadewanne. Auch waren alle Betten frisch bezogen und es wurden genügend Bademäntel ohne Extrakosten zur Verfügung gestellt. Zusätzliche lag das Haus strategisch sehr günstig für schöne Strandausflüge. Da der Vermieter Englisch spricht, war die Kommunikation völlig problemlos. Da haben wir in der Bretagne schon ganz anderes erlebt. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Quelle belle villa! Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants, chacun a pu faire ce qu'il souhaitait sans se marcher dessus. Piscine 30°, Spa réglable, billard...... Malgré la météo capricieuse, nous avons pu explorer les alentours qui se sont révélés très sauvages, superbes photos à faire. Nous conseillons le plateau de fruits de mer de Véro ( Cléder), le marché de Lesneven, la Miellerie de Plouescat...et tout ce que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de faire tellement la région est belle. A pied, à vélo ( à disposition) Superbe endroit à explorer tout autour de la location. Merci Mr Berrou pour votre gentillesse. Espérons revenir une prochaine fois. Merci encore

La villa est en tout point conforme à sa description. Bien située, très agréable, lumineuse, tout est en bon état et propre. Au calme. La maison était bien chauffée (nous y étions par 0°C dehors, mais avons eu la chance d'avoir du soleil) de même que la piscine et le jacuzzi. Point de départ de nombreuses promenades à pied ou en vélo (disponibles). Le propriétaire est attentif et attentionné, compréhensif, et disponible au besoin.
