Decent stay, but expected more

The hotel has a very good location, close to everything I needed. The building itself is nice and the receptionist was very helpful and polite. The overall atmosphere felt welcoming.

There is still a lot of space for improvement in terms of comfort and services. The breakfast could definitely be better with more variety and fresher options. Some details in the room and common areas seemed outdated and could use attention.

Staff was very kind- reception and also breakfast lady. In city center.

Very hot in room, no option to change aircondition. if you open window- very noisy. Some water in room would have been nice in these conditions. Room a bit small.

Every part of our stay was exceptional. First of all, the communication before our arrival and the reception itself, were kind and professional. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and decorated in a traditional style, which contributes to the authentic home atmosphere. Breakfast was a special experience. In addition to the buffet with a large selection, local dishes were made according to our wishes, everything is fresh and delicious. We warmly recommend staying in Villa Hit, for shorter and longer stays. This is a place where everyone would feel comfortable.

Ubytovanie na jednu noc. Raňajky OK, ale bez parkovania.

Ochotný recepčný, celkom rýchly proces ubytovania. Izby bolo priestranné. Raňajky boli veľmi chutné s ochotnou obsluhou. Pridelená jednoposteľová izba na treťom poschodí bola úplne v poriadku, posteľ pohodlná.

Izby hotela sa nachádzajú na 3. a 4. poschodí, výťah nie je. Túto informáciu by bolo vhodné uviesť do popisu, nakoľko starší ľudia by mohli mať problém s presunom batožiny na vyššie poschodia. Pridelená štvorposteľová izba č. 15 na štvrtom poschodí nebola dostatočne vyvetraná, v kúpeľni nefungovalo odsávanie, tým pádom vzduch tam bol ešte menej príjemný. Dve samostatné postele boli určené len pre deti alebo nižšie dospelé osoby (max 170 cm), Vlastné parkovanie hotel nemá, parkuje sa na ulici. Cez pracovné dni od 07:00 hod. je však parkovanie platené a je vhodné si zakúpiť na recepcii parkovaciu kartu!
