Great value for the money

I have stayed at this hotel many times and have no intention of changing. It offers the best value for money in the area. The staff are professional, the reception is open 24/7, and they speak English, answering all queries promptly. The rooms are clean, warm, and everything is new.

Good choice for a quick overnight stay.

Location, great breakfast and comfy beds.

The bathroom was a bit ran down could do with a bit of renovation. The atmosphere and interaction with personnel didn’t feel so welcoming.

Amazing best hotel for this area

Amazing luxurious and beautifully designed hotel. The facilities are comfortable and clean. The bed is very comfy. The shower is a really value.

Breakfast is very limited, would add items and maybe soy milk. Slippers - the floor is stone cold. Missing tea and Coffee.

Nice stay except coffee and tea :)

It was clean big room for family on 204. Location was parking was also good. Near to highway and custom point. Breakfast 🍳 also nice except coffee and tea. 🛗 elevator also ok.

In the overnight hotels, coffee.☕️ and tea 🍵 is very important and I would suggest to have nice one and charge 5 EUR more to room price. We could not drink both. Both reception ladies were not that friendly and smiling.

Great visit to Fruska Gora!

Great medium-sized hotel in a small town of Ruma. Room was excellent and clean; breakfast was great and the personnel went beyond regular service. We would recommend it to everyone and hope to get back there soon.

Everything, breakfast was horrible, room never cleaned, had to ask for clean towels everyday, no facilities, not even from were to buy a bottle o water or a coffee, shower stand broken, toilet all stained and most uncomfortable toilet seat,

Best place in the area, can easily compete with Belgrade hotels.

The breakfast is not too rich but with enough choices. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds, AC of good quality, modern look of the hotel. Elegant I can also say. The staff is prompt and client service oriented.

Very strong cigarette smoke in the room

Room was big and location close to the highway. Quiet location. Free parking. 24hr front desk. Overall, manageable experience except the cigarette smoke smell!

Smoking is allowed in the rooms and therefore there is a strong and awful smell of cigarettes in the room. There is a an EXIT sign in the room which has a very strong light therefore making it difficult to have enough darkness in the room. Soap in the bathroom difficult to use. Breakfast was just OK - eggs and cold cuts. There weren’t any tomatoes or cucumbers at least. Hot beverages are prepared and served by staff but weren’t good.

No big issues; could be better for this price

Great location, spacious parking lot, very helpful and nice staff, good and tasty breakfast, working AC, kids playroom was nice too.

Poor soundproofing; on the 3rd floor I've heard party music for the 0th floor. There was a dead roach laying at the bed upon our arrival and in the night some loud big flew out of the ceiling and I had to get rid of myself.

Everything was great! Receptionists, breakfast, coffee, whole room cleaned and pleasant jacuzzi ofcourse... definitely the best stay, we will be coming back here every time we wanted to relax and enjoy❤️
