Room was clean and bright with some character. Bathroom was excellent. We were able to use the kitchen facilities which is very well equipped.

Our family was pleasantly surprised to see a Jack Russel puppy on the property during our breakfast (outside of the dining room)! Our toddler was very excited and captivated, allowing the parents to finish the breakfast in peace.

The floor heating in our bathroom was not switched on before our arrival. Upon arrival, we were in a hurry to shower our baby and unfortunately we had to begin the shower on a cold floor. We sensed a faint smell of cigarettes within the room - I guess that some of the textile materials, such as curtains or the carpet, have absorbed this smell. Our room was on the second floor - the handrails for the stairs leading up to our room were not suitable for toddlers.

A truly enjoyable stay! The room was spotless and the balcony was fantastic. The easy parking and the close proximity to Lõunakeskus and other shops made for a very convenient experience,

Fast check in, the guy in reception was nice and helpful. Bed is big and comfortable, apartment is spacious, area is in the quiet street. Nice spacious shower cabin, hair dryer, towels in the room, nice big TV, separated entry from outside.

Smell in room is awful (sweet and wet), I guess it's from the rug and humidity. Walls and ceiling are weak, you can hear your neighbors. Area is too far from the Tartu center by simple walk.
