Lovely staff, very comfortable room with plenty of space. It’s a slightly older building with older cottage finishes, but everything worked well and it was very clean.

Small hotel with just few rooms in the heart of Tartu. Rooms are big and clean, there is small kitchen where you can prepare some food or a cap of tea/coffee. Tea and coffee in the kitchen. In small garden we parked our bikes with no worries about parking fee. I want to put 12 points for this hotel, but restricted only by 10.
