Hestia Hotel Hugo

Clean, quiet, good location. I would say best location, as it isn’t in the middle of mid-town and the price is good due to that but the location really is few steps away from the mid-town. Really good price-location ratio. The breakfest was surprizingly good for take-away. I didn’t understand at first the breakfest was served in the room, but I guess it was my mistake I didn’t read the description carefully. I think, it was mentioned in the description? or no? Anyway it was good. Capsule coffee maschine is in the room but bring your own milk (or plant milk like I need) if you do noy like those tiny capsules for milk.

Some little details which really doesn’t affect the stay, but: 1) there should be some hooks in the bathroom. There is rack but for bathrobe it is uncomfortable. No other place to put your clothes. 2) The doors of kitchen cabinet (upper cupboards) open so wrong place - if you wash the dishes and try to put on the dry rack, youhave to open the door and you hit your head. The mistake of planning the kitchen furniture.

nice room, extremely comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in the room are nice bonuses💃🏼 we come back!!

Clean. Simple. Modern. Well equipped.

N/a All was ok for the money - value

The location is good, just a short walk to the Old Town of Tartu and the park along the river.

The check in and out is unnecessarily complicated; the proprietors want you to check in and out online, when there is no clear reason to do so. The door code worked just fine, but when the air conditioner did not come on and I sent a question about it, the response was delayed and unhelpful. I did not need to be told to turn down the thermostat temperature, I know how an air conditioner works. The unit was not on, and despite many attempts to change the mode, or find the way to turn it on, it never came on. Unfortunately, we were there during a warm spell and the window was tiny and unhelpful in cooling the room. Each night was progressively more uncomfortable.
