Excellent value for money, it's in a good location to get there by train from Fiumicino airport. The room was clean and appropriately sized.
The only thing (that I know they can't really control) is the noise from the club across the river. It was quite persistent, so if you plan on getting a good night's sleep, bring earplugs.

There is nothing especially good about this hotel. It was clean. The balcony was large. The room was air conditioned and quiet. The location is good for that neighborhood. But the review scores on booking.com are clearly inflated.
The rooms are tired and not well appointed. The bed is hard and needs replacing. The shower leaks on the bathroom floor. The bidet was growing hair. The reception staff is rarely present. The elevator buttons occasionally don't work. There is no wellness center as advertised.
