Everything was well organized, clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and helpful. The location is good. Close to a train station, tram and bus stops.

The manager is super available, daily service is excellent, the reception works very well! Empathetic people! I highly recommend!

The location is not good only if you want to be close to the train station

The room is actually located in the northern tip of Portuense, and not in Trastevere, which is a calm and peaceful neighborhood, close to cool and less touristy areas.

The place is at street level, which means you cannot open the window without being exposed and can’t have any privacy unless you keep the shutters closed. The street below is pretty dirty and full of cars, in front of a McDonald’s. As a result, the darkness made it unpleasant to stay in the room. There is AC, which is good, but it’s really old and very noisy. The lights are also of the horribly white sort. There was also construction going on, and they only let us know one day in advance (without any compensation, of course) which is really not cool.
