We had a lovely stay in this excellent property. Shopping was very close and the wonderful local markets even closer. Easy access to walk to the beach, public transport and the local Cagnes area. Train station is nearby and enabled us to explore the whole Cote D'Azur. We highly recommend.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped for our needs especially for my granddaughter, hosts were very welcoming. Area is excellent base to explore the south of France and beyond. Love sitting on patio area first thing in the morning watching the sun rise, very relaxing. Local area is a must to explore, the mediaeval alleyway to the top has a beautiful view and excellent restaurants.

We were two separate families staying in the one apt. Three bathrooms was a huge bonus. The kids stayed in the room that is kind of like a treehouse on the roof. The apt. has everything, even for babies (which we didnt have). The one surprize was a 500€ in cash deposit requested upon arrival. It is not mentioned in the advertising. The apt is expected to be pristine, or a fee will be taken from the deposit. Leaving for Canada the next day with 500 euros in our pocket wasn't ideal, although it might make us return sooner. Traveling with teens made the final morning a bit stressful with dishes, vacuming and washing windows. We had a great vacation.

The apartment was lovely and clean everything you needed was all there ! Evan down to washing up liquid and washing powder! The outside area was lovely and private on both sides the only downside was the neighbour ! He was very loud especially on the last night he seemed to be having a argument with someone this isn’t a reflection on the host or her apartment though. The apartment is directly i the old part of Cagnes su mer and it had everything on the doorstep boulongaries , supermarket , coffee shops ! Everything you need . The bus and train services were great definitely better than renting a car . You must definitely visit Antibes ,Menton ,ez,Monaco they are all amazing 😻 Mrs Gerard was on hand to help with anything we needed to which was a great help .

We had a lovely 9 nights in Cagnes sur Mer. The property is away from the main tourist areas which suited us perfectly. It is in a quiet residential area but within easy reach of shops, bars and restaurants. The 3 toilets in the apartment were a real bonus. The apartment itself is functional and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A 20 minute walk to either the beach or the lovely old town of Cagnes. We didn't have a car but the bus and train services in the area are wonderful. We went to Antibes one day and Ventimigglia, Italy & Monte Carlo another.

Three of us were staying in this flat a week long but it would have been perfect for five persons. The rental is large enough, immaculate clean and everything is available for a convenient stay. Two additional toilets beside the bathroom, which is very practical if more people are together. Very near to the downtown but parking space available in front of the house. This is also important because there are several miraculous towns and villages near Cagnes, though public transportation is really good. The balcony and huge terrace are fabulous, even in winter. The owners of the flat are more than fantastic. Thank you!

We enjoyed the week in October. The welcome of the hosts was warm and friendly. All necessary informations were given regarding the flat und the surroundings (and even more). The flat itself is as comfortable as it looks like in the pictures. The village offers everything you need and the area of the Cote d'Azur lives up to it's reputation as it already did 40 years ago when I stayed there for the first time. I just can recommend it.

Appartement très joliment décoré, avec beaucoup de goût. Propriétaires sympathiques et accueillants. La location est idéalement située, au pied des commerces et du superbe marché tout en étant d'un calme absolu. Excursions toutes plus belles les unes que les autres dans un rayon de moins de 20 km (Vence, Biot, vallées du Var et du Loup, Cannes, et bien sûr Nice. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

It’s all been perfectly organised! The hosts are very friendly and the apartment was in great condition as described with a lovely terrace. It literally has everything from grill to coffee machine. Since the apartment is located in a quiet street, you can even enjoy the quietness from the terrace. A supermarket, butcher and bakery is within walking distance which is pretty much always open. There are a few good restaurants in the area. Thanks again a lot for this pleasant stay at your apartment! Mercie et a bientot!

The place is really nice and spacious, it looks just like the pictures. It has been renovated and is pretty modern and decorated nicely. We really enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect between Cannes and Nice. The owners are really nice and helpful with anything you need. I would recommend this place and come back, it is a great price for what you get.

Propriétaires très accueillant ,à l écoute. Appartement spacieux fonctionnel et climatisé, le tout agrémenté d une grande terasse idéale pour prendre ses petits déjeuner ainsi que ses repas. Pour le reste à profiter de cette magnifique région, de ces beautés plurielles . A visiter absolument Saint Paul de Vence, Le vieux Nice, Eze village perche avec son jardin botanique, le village Peillon perche lui aussi ,Antibes Saint Jean cap Ferrat,Menton Villeneuve loubet ,le tout proche de la location.

La location est bien située, proche des commerces, pas très loin de la plage. L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux, avec une terrasse équipée d'une plancha, que nous avons appréciée. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de Kasia, et un bon contact avec Dominique et Marie Annick, les propriétaires. Nous avons profité de ce séjour pour découvrir l'arrière pays niçois, et les villages perchés. Nous n'hésiterons pas à reprendre contact si nous retournons dans la région.

Un appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Spacieux, linge de lit et de maison fourni. Lits faits à l'arrivée, matériel bébé fourni, idéal lorsqu'on vient de loin. Propriétaires arrangeants et sympathique. Toutes les commodités accessibles à pied, la plage est à 25 minutes à pied, largement faisable donc !

L'appartamento di madame Marie Annick è super confortevole. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevolissimo. La signora Marie e suo marito sono molto ospitali e sempre attenti ad ogni necessità. L'appartamento, dotato di ogni comfort è posizionato in centro città . Cagnes è una posizione strategica, a metà strada tra Nizza e Cannes. Assolutamente consigliato a famiglie con bambini. Abbiamo trascorso un capodanno bellissimo e sicuramente torneremo.

Alles in allem für französische Verhältnisse recht modern, jedoch an vielen Ecken und Enden verbesserungswürdig und renovierungsbedürftig. Küchenschränke, alle abgenutzt und krumm und schief. Steckdosen fallen aus den Wänden. Die Dusche, überm Kopf, hat leider gar nicht funktioniert und war kaputt. Da jeder Gast wohl "selber reinigt" und dies nicht jeder gewissenhaft macht ist die Sauberkeit auch so lala. Der Kühlschrank roch etwas und generell roch die Wohnung immer etwas muffig. Die "Outdoor-Küche" wollte man garnicht erst benutzen. Die Fernsehtechnik ist leider auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber es hat alles funktioniert. Die Couch war leider auch nur eine billige Ikea-Schlafcouch. Aber für den Preis und bei der doch guten Lage kann man im großen und ganzen nicht meckern. Sehr positiv ist der eigene Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit der Dame die uns die Schlüssel gegeben hat, hat wunderbar funktioniert.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock, verfügt über eine Klimaanlage für Wohn-, Ess -, und ein Schlafzimmer. Das obere Zimmer ist unterm Dach. Zum Strand sind es ca. 1,5 km. Der Strand ist steinig, aber schön. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus dorthin. Die Verwalterin der Wohnung ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Bäckereien gibt es an jeder Ecke.

On ne s'attend vraiment pas à un appartement de ce type, c'est à dire avec cette superbe terrasse et ce calme, placé là où il est car on est quand même au centre ville de Cagnes. C'est très calme, on s'y sent bien, vraiment vraiment proche de toutes les commodités. On peut faire pleins de choses à pied. L'appartement est super bien équipé, comme à la maison. Et les propriétaires, monsieur et madame Gérard, avec qui nous avons échangé sont trés gentils. Je conseille fortement cette location aux vacanciers !!! TOP

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement avec grande terrasse où rien de manque.Nous avons rarement vu autant d'ustensiles de cuisine dans une location.Tous nos déplacements se sont fait à pieds, en bus et en train.La voiture n'a pas quitté son parking de la semaine. Emplacement de rêve pour visiter la côte.Nous retiendrons cette adresse pour un prochain séjour.
