Lovely apartment. Shame about check in.

When the host arrived he was very helpful. Location is great and swimming pool was fabulous!

I had to call someone who arrived with the keys and check in time was very inflexible. I had booked a one bedroom apartment but only got a studio with bunk beds and a sofa bed.

A holiday full of experiences

The location of the apartment is perfect, the beach is 3 minutes away, the spacious apartment is very well equipped. The bonus is a large terrace with a sea view, a swimming pool and parking. A closed, guarded area with tennis courts, a children's playground and a swimming pool. René was very nice, friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. He also provided us with above-standard information about events in the locality. We spent one of our most beautiful holidays here, full of experiences and comfort. We definitely recommend this apartment.

Great place for families, bad cleaning no WiFi

The location is great, not in the center of Nice but the bus station is so close. Literally 2 min walk to sea. The owner is really talkative and friendly he helped us . One time, the electric went off and when we call him he answered at the night time at 22:00ish. Great place to stay with your family. Big living room with big balcony and windows and great view, he upgraded us to better room with no extra fee.

It is dirty, he should change the cleaning worker definitely. The towels and bedding set look like they didn’t wash. The second room is so small and dark has no windows, we couldn’t sleep there with the bunkbeds. The toilet is really dark and has no windows or ventilation. The furniture is so old especially in the living room the chairs are so old that my daughter hurt herself with the edge of the chair. DEFINITELY NO INTERNET be ready for it, he told us to go to Mc Donald’s to find WiFi.

An overnight night stay in Nice

Swimming pool was great. Property is close to main port bars and restaurants. Host is good at keeping in touch and communicating.

The property had many worn items. The mattress in main bedroom has stains and no protective cover The kitchen was not as clean (we didn’t use it during our stay) There are no main lights in the rooms but plenty of side lights. You do have to make up your own beds (we didn’t have a problem with this)

Great communication and help and beside the sea

Rene, the host was amazing, very helpful and accommodating, we had an issue with the flight due to strikes and we landed at different airport and the journey was caotic. but I was in contact with Rene and helped us a lot, we really appreciate it. Also, it is beside the sea and have a swimin pool Rene, the owner or admin of the property made a big difference to our experience, super helful, Thanks again Rene

Terrible place with a housekeeper who was telling lies and who defrauded us.

We were pressed to pay 100 euro for getting the key at 10 pm. This was something were told AFTER we had paid. We had to find another Apartment in Antibes.

The Apartment was very dirty, worn and had at terrible smell. There were not enough space at det floor for det beds, suitcases, table, chair and us. Rene who delivered the key was a liar and a frauster. We were pressed to pay 100 Euro for getting the key at 10 pm, and for using the svimmingpool. We had told him that we didnot want to use det solarium, swimmingpool. He thought we were to adults and one kid, and said it was illegal for tree adults. In case we had a fire, it would be difficult to get out with the bed in front of the door. The next day he said the aparment were big enough for 3 people.

Det som var bra var i princip endast poolen och läget.

”Check in” var väldigt besvärligt, endast tillgängligt under 2 timmar och vi fick lägga till massor av pengar. Denna information kom först när vi bokat, så gick ej att avboka. Slitet boende, slitna och trasiga möbler, inte vask på toaletten. Höll absolut inte någon 4 stjärnor som angivet
