Perfect place for a French beach holiday!
We had such a good stay here - it’s perfect location for a relaxing stay (1 minute to the beach), and beach towels, beach mats and parasol were all provided which was a great additional surprise.

This stay was very quiet and we enjoyed it. The apartment is clean and close to the beach. The washer is a nice amenity. Buses are close and take you surprisingly all around the south of France. I wish we could have stayed longer and if we return, maybe then.

Now THAT is what we call a relaxing vacation!
2 minutes on foot. That is how close the location is to the beach. And this includes crossing the road. And coming back for the bottle of water you forgot on the porch table.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood, far from the daily traffic, the cozy Villa du Cros will provide you with all you need to forget that you brought the work laptop on vacation, just to "send that overdue email". You have a 6-7 minutes walk for the bus station Les Oliviers (best accessible on foot, and with luggage), that will take you to and from the airport and Nice central (bus no. 9 is highly recommended but keep an eye on the timetable). Very near this bus station you have a well stocked pharmacy and a big supermarket. Cros-de-Cagnes is the closest train station, and you can use that to visit Cannes, Monaco, and the rest of the French Riviera.
Coming back to the accommodation, you have everything you need inside, and some pleasant surprises that you can use when going to the (pebbly) beach. We liked a lot the retractable curtain, that helps with keeping the interior cool, while outside you have ~33 degrees (Celsius). And the flowers on the green exterior wall, next to the bedroom window were excellent to give a fresh scent in the morning and evening. Oh, and did i mention the bed that acted like a fast shutdown button for the tired body and mind?
Never had a problem with the water (temperature or pressure), plumbing, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, TV or electric stove. Did not use the washing machine.
Katia was super helpful with all the details regarding the location, surroundings, attractions and activities. Due to the never overlapping schedules we did not manage to meet face to face, unfortunately, but next time we will definitely do, as we surely want to come back right there! And I would like to thank her for the lovely gift!
The fact that we came with such a high stress volume, that it took this great place ~5 days to get rid of all of it. We wanted to stay there more than 10 days. MUCH more....

Very good location, near the beach and amenities. The free use of bikes was an added bonus. The host sent a very comprehensive guide with all the information.
A little too dark and stifling especially in the bedroom as the only window that can be opened faces the air conditioning units and so even more hot air comes in.

Pictures 100% correspond with reality, it's well equipped, cozy, quiet place yet close to everything: beach, train station, entertainment, supermarket.
We spent two weeks there and it wasn't enough.

Great cheap location near the beach
I really enjoy the location, near the beach that was awesome. The host also provided towels + beach mattress so its easier to enjoy the rocky beach. We also enjoy the small kitchen with microwave. There is also a washing machine for clothes which was pretty useful. The small terrace was great and we enjoy riding the bicycles provided by the host.
I would have like to receive the informations to enter the property sooner, I received those after messaging the host via booking. It all turned out O.K. afterall. The shower after day 4 started to have a distinct smell. Also, there was some ants near the door in the apartment, so we made sure not to leave any food near them. Bed was a little bit hard and small.

Wonderful cozy apt very close to the beach, to a nice cafe with superb pastry, close to the train station and still very quiet as it on a quiet street. Very nice terrace and all in all very sweet.

Very nice apartment with a cozy backyard. Free bicycles which I used every day to bakery, grocery, and event Antibes and Canes. Before arrival, we received a very informative booklet about the apartment and its surroundings.

All in all a very pleasant
Great location near to the sea which was the main reason I booked, along with - major bonus - the use of 3 bikes! Very comfy bed and pillows, sofa too. Iron, board, clothes rack, washing machine etc great to have. Wifi pretty good.
Cooker a bit small but could make do. Some noisy neighbours, who also smoked a lot, not pleasant as the smokecame into my apartment.

Un vrai petit appartement mignon et cosy, dans lequel on se sent immédiatement bien. Tout est décoré avec goût, les prestations sont de grande qualité et le mobilier est vraiment confortable. L’appartement est impeccable : propre, soigné, parfaitement entretenu.
On apprécie aussi la qualité de tout ce qui est mis à disposition : équipements complets, linge impeccable, petits détails qui facilitent le séjour… Rien n’a été laissé au hasard.
Un endroit où l’on a vraiment plaisir à poser ses valises. Je recommande sans hésiter !

A szállás a képeknek, felszereltségnek megfelelő. Minden megvan benne, amire szükség lehet egy nyaralás során, konyhai felszerelés (pl. edények, kávéfőző, vízforraló, oliva olaj, só, tároló edények), fürdőszobai (pl. sampon, tusfürdő, külön köszönet a fogkrém miatt). A bekészített finom üveg bornak és a 4 kapszula kávét nagyon köszönjük, nagyon jól esett a kedvesség. A part kb 5 perc séta, és reggelizők is 5 perc séta, mi a Copenhagen Coffee Lab helyen reggeliztünk minden nap. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, gördülékenyen ment minden. A szállás elhelyezkedése szuper. Nizzától TER-rel könnyen megközelíthető, 2 vasútállomás is a közelben, kb 30 perc az út. A közelben Carrefour, Spar. Mi 4 éjszakát töltöttünk.
A szoba elég meleg, nyitott ablakkal aludtunk, viszont így a szunyogok bejöttek, mivel nincs szúnyogháló. Bíztunk nagyon a biciklibérlésben, mert korábbi véleményekben olvastuk, hogy elérhető a szálláson; sajnos korábbi nyaralók összetörték, így nem tudtunk, azonban 5 perc sétára van egy biciklikölcsönző, ahol 20 EUR/nap tudtunk bérelni. Ezt a két apróságot bőven felülmúlja a korrekt szállás; mi nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji, blisko plaża,sklep, autobus, pociąg. Miejscowość bardzo spokojna, bez tłoku turystów, jednocześnie świetna baza wypadowa. Wyposażenie na 5 z plusem, niczego nam nie brakowało, była nawet szafka z przyprawami. Przyjemny taras do wieczornego odpoczynku. Jestem bardzo zadowolona, było idealnie. Dziękujemy Katia.
