About this apartment rental
A few steps from the town of Garda and Lake Garda, in a Residence surrounded with centuries-old trees, there is this fresh, completely renovated apartment, consisting of:
living room with balcony, kitchenette, American coffee machine, dishwasher; bathroom with balcony; a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed; closet with washing machine; TWO flat-screen TVs and DVD player.
Everything is designed and organized for your pleasure!
The Residence has access to a splendid swimming pool which is located a few minutes walk away, in a park of olive trees, with a bar/restaurant overlooking the lake and also tennis courts.
The gentle climb to reach the pool will help keep you fit throughout your holiday!
In the apartment you will find detergents for daily cleaning of the house, detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher, toilet paper, basic ingredients for the kitchen (salt, sugar, etc.), towels, pool towels, sheets, ALL INCLUDED in the rental price.
You will also have 2 BICYCLES at your disposal for free!
Internet high speed wi-fi available in the apartment and throughout the condominium.
The bus stop of the public bus that goes around the lake is on the main road right outside the Residence.

We had a wonderful stay at Cecilia's apartment. It was perfect for our family's needs and in a fantastic location across from a lovely Garda beach and promenade into the town, with a local outdoor pool behind the apartment complex.Cecilia's recommendations for outings, local pools and restaurants were excellent. Great communication before and during our stay too!I would 100% recommend staying here!

The apartment was just as described and very comfortable. Communication with Cecilia was great and she met us on our arrival and explained everything. The location was just 5-10 minute walk to the town along the promenade. One thing to note with most of the towns on Lake Garda,is that away from the lake side there are hills and this was no difference although not an issue for us. Overall a great apartment in a very good location. Cannot wait to return

We had a nice stay in this appartment which is well equipped and quiet. Just 3 minutes upstairs to the pool area and 10 minutes walk to Garda City. Nice and friendly contact person.
