Located near the lakeshore. Nice amount of kitchen utensils. Air conditioning available. Balcony with chairs. Laundry in the same building. A nice breakfast place close. City within the walking distance.
Owner wanted to have extra payment in cash although all costs were included in the paid price. Owner didn´t answer to booking.com communication channel messages. There is no pool access although it is mentioned as a service (only paid pool close). The apartment would need some maintenance (emptying of AC spill water tank, shower drainage etc). No proper instructions in the apartment for instance about the kitchen power switch (resulted spoiled food in the fridge). Very difficult to find parking place at times.

Nagyon jó helyen van az üdülő. Sok látnivaló van a közelben. Panoráma a tóra. Csendes, nyugodt környék. Parkolni is jól lehet.
Két felnőtt, két gyerekkel voltunk, de azért szűkös volt. Minden megvan ami kell. De azért a szobában ha valaki feláll, akkor egy másik embernek le kell ülnie. :-)
Szeretem ha személyesen is találkozom a bérbeadóval.

Además de cómodo y limpio, para nosotras que no contábamos con movilidad, la parada del autobus está frente al apartamento, el acceso al lago y a la costanera.
Excelente ubicación y muy tranquilo.
Michele estuvo atento a todas nuestras consultas.
Muy recomendable!!!!

Es war wirklich eine gute Lage man könnte sofort zum see. Die klimaanlage war auch sehr gut!
