Villa Portet is the ideal holiday villa in Moraira, situated in a quiet and exclusive area of El Portet within short walking distance of Portet beach (500m). The property offers nice views to the sea and into the pine tree hills. This beautifully decorated high spec villa is hidden behind stylish antic doors and high walls with a spacious private garden and swimming pool. Walls and villa location prevent any outside views into the property assuring your privacy. The south oriented hilly plot ensures sunshine from breakfast till cocktail drinks at sunset. A choice of terraces around the house offer both sun and shade with great places to enjoy a quiet read, sunbathing or have fun with family and friends. Pool, sun terraces and main living areas of the house are all located at the same level, so no stairs in between!

This perfect authentic Spanish villa really made our holiday. Excellent location with just a 5 minute walk to the beach at El Portet and a 15 minute walk into the lovely town of Moraira. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommended for family holidays!

Communication with the owner was excellent including personal recommendations for the area. Walk down to local beach and restaurants was 10 minutes, very steep hill to bear in mind dependent on make up of your party. A super well equipped villa with excellent outside space. One of the best properties we have stayed in.

The villa and location are amazing. The view from the rear is absolutely stunning. The pool is beautiful and well kept. The new kitchen is wonderful. But there was only ac in the bedrooms which could not cope with the extreme heat that Moraira had. We didn’t sleep most nights til very late. We ended up driving to our apartment up the coast to get cool sleep.
