EXCLUSIVE LUXURY VILLA WITH MODERN STYLE IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for 8 people.
LAY OUT: This beautiful villa of 182 m2 is distributed over two floors, we access the villa through the main level, the lower one. The villa has a large bright and open space with an access to the covered terrace. This room is composed of the fully equipped kitchen and the living room with a nice set of comfortable sofas and a wooden dining table for 8 people. It is important to mention that the villa has an elegant and cozy decoration. On this floor we will also have one bedroom with double bed and air conditioning as well as a bathroom with shower. This bedroom has an access to the pool terrace through large windows.
The upper floor is accessed through an internal staircase, we will find others two bedrooms, also with double beds and air conditioning. One of them has a balcony with two sunbeds and both bedrooms have their own bathroom en suite, one with shower and one with bathtub. The last bedroom (with double bed) is located in an independent apartment which counts with a bathroom with shower and an air conditioning split.
EXTERIOR: The villa is on a closed plot of about 1240m2 with a beautiful well-kept garden with all kinds of plants and trees. We can park a vehicle inside the plot if we do not want to park it on the street. In front of the villa we will find the pool terrace surrounded by sunbeds, beautiful plants and an outdoor sofa. From the living-dining room we will access a covered terrace where we will find a chill-out area with a set of sofas as well as a table to enjoy some tea sheltered from the sun. Next to this terrace there is another terrace where we have the outdoor kitchen area with a barbecue and a large wooden table to eat together. Finally in the back we will have another chill out area very well decorated and equipped with blue sofas and a beautiful wooden lounge table.

At 450 meters from an incredible sandy beach and 5 minutes by car from the magnificent town of Moraira where we will find fabulous bars as well as delicious restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine. The Yacht Club where we can try all kinds of water activities is just 6 minutes from the property by car.
