About this house rental
This property was completely renovated in 2016 and 2017. The interior has been redesigned. Each bedroom has a hotel character as it is equipped with its own shower and toilet. There is a central living room with a dining table, a fireplace with generous armchairs and a smart TV. The cooking area offers a view of the pool filled with chlorine-free salt water.
The property has a size of approximately 1,500 square meters and there is sufficient parking space. At the pool is a barbacoa, which is very popular with all guests.
The location of the house is quiet because it is in a cul-de-sac.
The main beach of Calpe can be reached on foot in about 15 to 20 minutes via a paved path along the coast to the south. It is only 5-7 minutes by car. To the north, a beautiful partially unpaved path leads along the steep coast to the small marina "Les Basetes". The restaurant, which unfortunately only offers lunch, is highly recommended. From here you have a sensational view of the Penon de Ifach, Calpe's landmark.

The villa itself is beautiful and very modern inside. Air Con is brilliant and in every room. Each bedroom has it's own shower and bathroom which is a lifesaver for big groups or multiple families. Communication is very prompt and Lea is on hand to help out anytime. We would definitely stay again the only slight downside was more the area itself (Calpe) nothing to do with the hosts or villa. It doesn't have a lot of activities available for kids and if you really want that sort of a holiday maybe Benidorm has more. We actually went to Benidorm one day to Terra Mitica and had a great day it's just a little expensive in taxis (55 each way). If u intend to do these things maybe hiring a car for a few days would be better. Anyways we had a brilliant time and felt very comfortable at all times. The big American fridge freezer with filtered cold water and ice cubes on demand was my favourite part of the holiday...Lol. You won't realise how much you appreciate something like that... Really nice house with very good accommodation. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms and a good kitchen. ideally located in a quite space close the center of Calpe.

Fantastic property in great location which well maintained modern well equipped.
Great communication with the host who answered quickly and who was responsive and helpful.
Would highly recommend this villa.

Everything was great. Except couple of things:1) It is good to have microwave oven at the property2) We didnt get any cleaning during our stay
