About this house rental
This beautiful vacation home is located in a year-round resort community in Masthope, Pennsylvania, the Poconos. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, complete furnishing, a large deck, cable TV and WiFi, and it sleeps 10.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a wood burning fireplace, and a washer and dryer in the basement. You can enjoy skiing at Big Bear Mountain, snow tubing, and cross country skiing during the winter, and the swimming pool and the lake during the summer. Tennis, basketball, horseback riding, and mini golf are year-round activities.
Guests will receive 25% discount on their ski lift tickets, during the summer the community charges guests $7 per person per day to use the pool/lake ( only for short term rentals).
The house is a part of a community that requires all guests to be registered during their stay. Please provide the first and last names of all the guests when making a reservation, your mailing address, make/model/color/license plate of your car.

Joanna the host was wonderful. Very quick, responsive, informative and pleasant. The property was fully stocked bathrooms, kitchen and linens. The house was very clean with great layout. The location was perfect about a 5 minute drive to the ski lodge. We enjoyed our weekend!

The place is great and Joanna was great to work with. She provided all the information we needed in advance and was kind enough to offer to arrive early or leave late.Kitchen is well stockeds for cooking and staying in. The house is very comfortable. Big windows and a wrap around deck made it great for coffee and wine and watching the deer come right up to the house.
