With 3 floors of living space nestled in the wooded neighborhood of Masthope, there's sure to be plenty of space for the whole family to get some fresh air and a little R&R away from the hustle and bustle of the city! This is a 3 bedroom (plus extra sleeping space in the basement), 3 full bathroom home, with firepit, big deck with BBQ grill, gas fireplace, big screen TV, and open floor plan.

HOUSE RULES
Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors.
Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.
Parking limited to 5 cars, NO RVs.
Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking.
10 Guests Max, regardless of age
We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.
We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.
Grocery Shopping - You can now use the Rosie app to order grocery delivery from the local Lake Region IGA in Hawley, PA

We love to keep our property in pristine condition. In order to do so, we ask you to pick between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $499 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.

House was perfect for what we needed. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Finished basement with the arcade game and living room was ideal for the kids to hangout. Host was easy to deal with. Will be back to this house for sure.

We have been visit this area every year in October for the last 15 years. This was by far our favorite house we have stayed in. Plenty of space, 3 bathrooms, great location. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! CJ was very responsive. The house had everything we needed and more. We've been renting in Masthope for years and always choose a new house, but this one is a house we'd choose again!

House was as advertised, good location, plenty of room, generally clean. Basement living space smelled a bit off, but we didn’t need to use it so we stayed out. EV “charger” is just a NEMA outlet, you must bring your own charging cable to use. Would rent again.
