About this chalet rental

This chalet offers the best indoor and outdoor amenities and comforts.
Not only is our chalet complete with every item you could need you also have the pleasure of enjoying our private lakefront. PLEASE NOTE: It's a 3 minute walk from our back door down a private tree lined road to our waterfront where you can take in some incredible views, swim or use the kayaks that are provided.
There are 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a game room, electric fireplace a kids room, outdoor pizza oven, a garden to pick fresh fruits and vegetables! Bedroom six has private access in an attached apartment. It’s perfect for additional guests, in-laws, etc. This apartment also includes a designated office space perfect for working remotely. The apartment suite has it’s own bathroom and kitchen.
Please note a few things: there is a pond on the property. It has a working pump and has fish in it. Please supervise your children
when they are in the backyard. We provide kayaks ( life jackets must be worn at all times while in use) for your stay but in order to protect our lake we don’t allow outside boats from renters. Our area is a bit rural, but a great escape but know that restaurants, Ubers, delivery services can be a bit of a drive or a bit sparse.
Cars are only allowed inside of our fenced acre. No cars should be driven past the entrance gate down the private drive. We are on a private drive with two other homes. Please be respectful of our neighbors. All guests vehicles must be parked inside the gate and not on the private drive that way our neighbors can utilize the private drive. Gate should be kept closed when not in use.
Our home is suitable for friends, family, small children and all dogs. Please note that there is a pet fee of $100 for the stay (up to 3 pets). Your dogs can have the run of the place enjoying the entire fenced in acre.
PLEASE NOTE: Please write the correct amount of guests when booking. We do not charge for guest up until our Maximum but we need to know how many to accommodate your group correctly.

Enjoyed our stay in this home. Loved sitting by the lake and around the firepit at night. Very peaceful and relaxing. Very well stocked. The owner responds quickly to any needs or questions. Only slight complaint is the beds are a little uncomfortable and the pool table has a crack in the slate.

Very big and comfortable home. Everything you could need is provided. Deck area is awesome and the hot tub was super clean. The area by the lake is private and very nice. The floating mat was a huge plus and we had a blast! Alyson is very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. We had a wonderful stay!

The home was spacious and comfortably fit us 8 adults. There was plenty of table space for big communal dinners and several board games, lots of places to sit and hang out, and several comfortable bedrooms. We especially loved the outdoor pizza oven which, with a little planning, helped our 'resident pizza chef' make nearly 10 pizzas in a little over an hour.The owner was attentive and answered all of our questions in a short time (and even helped us very quickly get some things we accidentally left behind at the end of our trip.)

Pictures are deceptive and dated. Overall, although older and poorly configured, the home shows promise. The home is poorly maintained and insecure with a window out in the front, only covered with ill fitting plexiglass and clear packing tape, allowing for insect and spider intrusion. Window A/C units in second floor bedrooms only, no living space coverage or in the damp basement apartment, rendering that area unusable. No locks on the 2 basement restrooms, which are 2 of the 3 restrooms in the home, impeding privacy and making for awkward situations with a larger group. Cleanliness was weak at best, with some areas obviously not cleaned in some time, towels were stale, not fresh. Pool table in the ultimate game room unusable due to significant felt damage. Generally, the home needs attention. Not the positive experience our 3 families sharing the space had hoped for.
