Welcome to our modern 3BR, 2BA ranch in the Catskills near Narrowsburg, New York. Set on five private acres just five minutes from town, the home offers a perfect balance of comfort and nature. Enjoy fast WiFi, an EV charger, and a pet-friendly setup surrounded by forest and open sky.

The large, light-filled living room features a wood-burning fireplace and two spacious, configurable sofas. The open layout is furnished with colorful designer pieces and connects easily to the kitchen and dining area.

Cook and gather in a fully equipped kitchen with professional Bertazzoni, Bosch, and Fisher & Paykel appliances. The eight-foot dining table, screened porch, and open deck make it easy to host dinner parties or relaxed breakfasts overlooking the trees.

Downstairs, the projector-based media room offers a true home theater experience with a 10-foot screen, 5.1 digital surround sound, and Amazon Fire TV. Perfect for movie nights or streaming. For unplugged evenings, board games are on hand.

Sleep comfortably across two king bedrooms, one full bedroom, and a queen sofa bed in the media room. An inflatable mattress is available for larger groups.

The house was exactly as described, a beautiful, modern and well kept house surrounded by woods, but not far from a local town. We would definitely stay again!

We were there to make Thanksgiving dinner. The host messaged the day before that the oven wasn’t working. We made do and only stayed one night. The host's communication was good.

Very fun minimal modern layout, great kitchen for cooking too.Beds very comfortable. Fireplace and view of woods is great.Movie “theater” in basement was really great quality and sound. Narrowsburg is cute town. Pete’s Market is well stocked. We’ll be back!
