Price was great. Looked clean. Last minute decision was able to check in. Close to metro station about 13 min walk

- perfect location - social, good to meet people - most of the workers super friendly and sociable - good kitchen

- some dorm rooms are really small and its hard to fit with 4 people and their luggage - sometimes cockroaches in the bathroom

The staff were amazing here, they made it feel really homely! Good place considering the price, and the kitchen and rooftop were nice

The rooms could get a bit hot while sleeping. Also quite noisy so would recommend the ear plugs!

👍 What I liked * Excellent location — one of the best things about the hostel. * Friendly reception staff, especially Barbara, who was extremely welcoming. * Free coffee was a nice touch. * Very quiet during my stay. The hostel was almost empty, which meant I ended up having the whole dorm room to myself. Personally, I really appreciated the peace and privacy. * I had stayed here a year earlier and loved the warm, personal atmosphere, so I know the hostel can be much better than this

The atmosphere has changed significantly. Last year the staff were incredibly friendly, remembered your name and made an effort to connect with guests. This time, apart from reception, most staff didn’t really engage with me or make an effort to speak to me. * The hostel felt run down. In just 12 months, the condition seemed to have deteriorated noticeably. * Poor-quality, dirty towel. I had to pay for a towel that was extremely thin, had a huge hole in it and was covered in stains. * Stained bed sheets, which was disappointing. * Cockroaches on the stairs, which definitely wasn’t pleasant. * No tea bags and no milk for the coffee. Last year there had been plenty of tea available for guests and milk for the coffee. This time, those little touches were gone. * Very empty and lacking atmosphere. I only saw three or four other guests during my stay. While I personally enjoyed the quiet, the hostel felt like it had lost the energy and community it had last year. * Overall, it felt like the hostel had lost some of its heart and soul. Last year, the staff brought the place to life with their warmth, friendliness and personal touch. This year, that was largely missing. ⭐ Overall I gave Noah Boutique Hostel 9/10 last year, but unfortunately this time I would give it 5/10. The location, coffee, quietness and friendly reception staff were positives, but the decline in cleanliness, maintenance, hospitality and overall atmosphere was difficult to ignore. I really hope the hostel can bring back the warmth and character that made my first stay so memorable.
