The location is fantastic and the hostel is beautifully decorated. Our room was very spacious but some of the double rooms are much smaller.
There was absolutely no soundproofing (our room was in the courtyard). What was especially frustrating was that the staff would stand in front of our room at 7am, cleaning around the courtyard and talking loudly. We don’t understand why they couldn’t have done this an hour later or more quietly. It made sleep really difficult.

Great location, friendly and professional staff, great breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable.
The room was not well isolated for sound, so you will hear everything happening outside the room. But during my stay it was quiet at night so it didn’t interfere with my rest.
And given the price, I think it’s fair enough and still great value for money.

The staff and the breakfast were outstanding.
I was in the back room on the metal spiral stairs which were noisy. Bad night sleep due to guest going up on the rooftop past midnight until 2am despite earplugs and white noise. :(
